Victor has absolutely saved us on multiple occasions. We bought a fixer-upper knowing that there would likely be some plumbing and piping issues to deal with. UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE CENTURY.

First situation: our hot water heater mysteriously stopped working in the dead of winter last year, throwing error messages at us. The thing was out of warranty and we were on the verge of spending thousands of dollars to replace it altogether when someone recommended having Victor take a look. Victor was totally honest and said that while this heater unit itself wasn't his expertise, he could do a simple check of the line pressure before having us commit to an entire system switch-out. It was far less money to do the check, so we did, and it turned out that our propane tank gas regulator was broken. He made the easy fix and within an hour or so we had a properly-functioning heater.

Second situation: Victor noticed that the release valve for the water heater was incorrectly piped with an outlet emitting hot gas into the area where our boys play in the backyard. He quickly took care of that and charged a very fair, nominal price to address this safety issue.

Third situation: Our toilet started leaking out the bottom and backing up into our shower. Victor came over within the hour and diagnosed it as a septic tank issue. He did some line-snaking before letting us know that it was a bigger problem and we needed to call a septic truck to pump the unit. He came back promptly after that to re-wax the toilet seal. Such a lifesaver! Without his advice we would have been spinning our wheels with various handymen trying to troubleshoot the problem.

Fourth situation: Our shower head snapped clean off when I pulled on it a little too aggressively. Victor happened to have the replacement head we needed, and we were back in action within 15 minutes.

Victor is now our first call anytime anything goes awry with our home's water. I trust his expertise completely and am thankful that he not only addresses the problem at hand, but considers the long-term safety of our four little boys.

Need a master plumber you can trust and who won't gouge you? I don't know what we would have done without Slique Plumbing! Victor, the owner and licensed contractor, is not only family but he truly is an amazing plumber! He always shows up to all of his customer calls, his prices are fair and his workmanship is Slique! We've lived in our home for 4-5 years and he has had to do an unbelievable amount of work for us. It's literally a laundry list of things so I am just going to list so you really understand what kind of an expert you are getting with Victor! He has...

replaced faucets in the bathroom sinks and showers.

changed out the garbage disposal.
replaced rusty valves in the laundry room.

replaced our water heater and installed replacement shutoff valves.

found and fixed a slab leak in the closet. He even provided fans to make sure it dried properly so that mold wouldn't grow after all that.

changed out 5 corroded hose valves.

repaired the main service to the house two times, in two separate areas, and identified that the new pool equipment was the issue. (Too bad the pool guy wasn't as great!) Victor installed an emergency shutoff to the water that goes just to the pool pump incase it ever fails (which means I won't be wasting water or out of water in the house during repairs) and he installed a regulator to stop the real issues with our service basically exploding!

Installed irrigation valves.

Plumbed a new water line for the refrigerator so we could relocate it to another part of the kitchen.

fixed the toilets, unclogged the septic and even replaced the septic pump. This could have been an insane expense on a new home owner!

I hope nothing else goes wrong with our house but if it does I will only call Slique Plumbing to come fix the problem!

I called Victor for the 2nd time yesterday. First time was last summer. I can't compliment him enough. Always answers the phone and responds to emergency repairs very quickly.

Yesterday our water main blew out down by the street, it was so bad multiple people came to the house as they drive by to let us know.

I wasn't home, so I called the water district to have them shut off the water. Called victor and he was on site within a couple hours.

Because the water district guy told me it was 1.5 inch pipe that is what I told Victor and that was the parts he brought.

Oops. Pipe was 2 inch...no problem for Victor, he made a run for the right parts. Came back and made the repairs before I knew he was even back.

He wanted to make sure my family had the water turned back on ASAP.

We can't thank him enough.

Victor was helpful and solved our plumbing problem very professionally. He explained what he was going to do and what the cost was going to be. The final cost was what he said it would be and then offered some preventative maintenance ideas. His price was good especially for emergency service on a Saturday (day after Christmas). Since my first review, I have had Victor do a few more plumbing jobs for me, his work and customer service remains 1st class. There is simply not a better guy out there! He does the best work because he has a great deal of pride in his work. Nothing is 'that will do'. His work is done right or it's not good enough.
As well as other jobs, he installed a reverse osmosis system, due to my current plumbing, the installation was not straight forward, Victor researched, designed and fabricated a custom copper piece and now the system works amazing!
Customer service, pride and job passion is so hard to find when hiring people - give Victor a call, you wont regret it.

After being rejected by our home warranty company's plumbing contractor I found Slique Plumbing. Vic came out last minute on his busy Friday night. I felt terrible as it was getting dark out, but Vic knew what he was getting into and was well prepared. As I requested, he snaked/cleaned our ground cleanout. He came very professional and performed the work well. The next day, our showers wouldn't drain. I contacted Vic and notified him the issue. However, before he left on Friday, he knew there was more to just cleaning the ground cleanout, but that was all I wanted. Vic got back right away and went out of his way on a Saturday night to snake our pipes from the roof. He made sure he snaked the pipes all the way through to the street. We are very pleased with the service and urgency Vic had in order for us to have that peace of mind that our plumbing would be fixed. Thank you Vic. Our toilets and shower drains are working well. I have my own restaurant and I have used Slique Plumbing Inc. Twice now. First I had a water leak in the wall. I called and Victor was here within an hour. He found the leak and fixed the problem. He was very professional and was very reasonable on the cost. The second time I called our toilet was clogged. I called and again was here within the hour. My restaurant was full of customers and I know I can depend on Slique Plumbing Inc and will use him for any plumbing that I may need in the future. 5 stars and two thumbs up!
