We used Victor once before to fix a minor issue in our bathroom, he was very nice and professional. So when we suspected that we had a leak in our main line between the house and meter we immediately looked him up again. For some reason our meter is on an easement two houses over, so it was a long run of pipe to troubleshoot and took a while to find the issue, but Victor is the kind of guy who doesn't give up easily. He was very knowledgeable as well, and wanted to make sure the job got done right. I've already recommended him to all my friends in Valley Center.

I had my main sewer line to septic tank clogged over the weekend. He offered to come on Saturday or wait for Monday. Opted to wait. Called back on Monday morning and he showed up early afternoon. Victor will try to be available on same day. He's returning your calls. He has done an awesome job making sure the lines were cleared of debris. Previous plumber did not go the extra mile. Victor did. Price is okay. He's local for my house. Perfect!

Where do I start ! Wanted to hook up ice and water on fridge and I started the process and could not finish. Called these guys and after I sent a couple photos they came super quick! Then turns out I was wrong about having right size needed items and they went to get the part and came back and out in so much extra effort in. They cleaned their mess and also mine! Lol their attention to detail was great and I'm going to be calling them back to help with my water heater which is a disaster ! But I'm confident they can help me! Their prices are great and customer service perfect :) highly recommend them:) I think it's safe to say they will be the only plumbers I call from now on!

Had a wonderful experience with Victor. My in laws had water all iver their garage floor and running water coming from the outside pipe on the house. I looked on yelp, found slique plumbing and the reviews were great so I thought I'd give them a call. Victor answered and I told him the problem. He said he had some appointments but would do his best to get there within a few hours. 2 hours later he called when he was in his way. He speaks spanish as well and my in laws primary language is spanish so that was a bonus. Not only did he meet my father in law at the house but he called me to explain the problem and called after he fixed the problem. Prices were reasonable. Communication was impeccable. Will definitely call Victor again and highly recommend him!!

Victor has absolutely saved us on multiple occasions. We bought a fixer-upper knowing that there would likely be some plumbing and piping issues to deal with. UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE CENTURY.

First situation: our hot water heater mysteriously stopped working in the dead of winter last year, throwing error messages at us. The thing was out of warranty and we were on the verge of spending thousands of dollars to replace it altogether when someone recommended having Victor take a look. Victor was totally honest and said that while this heater unit itself wasn't his expertise, he could do a simple check of the line pressure before having us commit to an entire system switch-out. It was far less money to do the check, so we did, and it turned out that our propane tank gas regulator was broken. He made the easy fix and within an hour or so we had a properly-functioning heater.

Second situation: Victor noticed that the release valve for the water heater was incorrectly piped with an outlet emitting hot gas into the area where our boys play in the backyard. He quickly took care of that and charged a very fair, nominal price to address this safety issue.

Third situation: Our toilet started leaking out the bottom and backing up into our shower. Victor came over within the hour and diagnosed it as a septic tank issue. He did some line-snaking before letting us know that it was a bigger problem and we needed to call a septic truck to pump the unit. He came back promptly after that to re-wax the toilet seal. Such a lifesaver! Without his advice we would have been spinning our wheels with various handymen trying to troubleshoot the problem.

Fourth situation: Our shower head snapped clean off when I pulled on it a little too aggressively. Victor happened to have the replacement head we needed, and we were back in action within 15 minutes.

Victor is now our first call anytime anything goes awry with our home's water. I trust his expertise completely and am thankful that he not only addresses the problem at hand, but considers the long-term safety of our four little boys.
