The woman who answers the phone here should be fired! My husband and I have been regulars for this company since we bought our home in 2009. They had incorrectly billed us and she basically berated me for her issue so I hung up on her and not shockingly the next week my check was cashed. I called to have new service done and am now refused! Find a company with better customer skills!

On their THIRD visit in two months due to the same problem of water backups they ran a camera (finally) to determine the cause - so after now 3 trouble shooting bills totaling nearly $1000 they now send a bid for another $1500 to (supposedly) resolve the problem. How was the problem not discovered in the first visit? How do I know this will really fix the issue and won't have to call a 4th time and hit with yet-again another bill. Recommend your first call to someone/anyone else. Wish we could go back and follow our own advice.

Sligh is the only plumber I trust. My father only used them before he passed away. Their work is superior. When I call with an immediate emergency, they come same day. When I tell them it's not an immediate emergency, they are usually here next day. They work with me. Lisa and Brad are always so nice and helpful when I call. The workers are really nice and work extremely hard. They take time to explain everything to me. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Maybe a Godsend for some but a recurring frustration with this company at the state agency I work at in the tri-cities area. There are extensive grounds with aging PVC underground plumbing and water hydrants critical for daily operations. Sligh has been slow to respond for years but the last 2 repairs were a nightmare to get done. In the first one, an underground meter leak, Sligh's Guys that showed up left the site without so much as locating the leak source and had to be called back out to do their job and get it right.

The most recent one was a serious underground leak discovered after last 4th of July weekend 2017. It was December before Sligh's Guys came to fix it. By early last January it was leaking again at the newly-installed PVC joint by the hydrant at the rate of 3-5 gallons per minute. It was reported immediately and as of June 12 Sligh's Guys have still not been out to fix their work from December. Maybe they have not been paid...

Stay away from them if you need underground work. They will never come to my home.
