We use Ferdi - Slick Rooter for all our plumbing needs. He does very good work and is reasonably priced. He is a very nice person and is very considerate. I wouldn't look anywhere else or hesitate to contact him when I have an issue. When we first purchased our house and the first rain came our whole downstairs flooded. Ferdi came right out and helped us figure out what we needed to do to prevent this from happening again. He even gave my husband a cement saw to cut out the cement so we could do some of the work and save a little money. We ended up having to cut a deep hole and a smaller trench from the back of the house to the front and put in new sump pump and pvc pipe to the street to drain. Big job, but Ferdi made it a pretty easy fix.
That is just one of the jobs he has done for us. We are truly grateful.

Best plumber and rooter service ever !! If ever a rooter and plumber could provide a smooth, honest, reliable, dependable, and reasonable repair work, Ferdie did !! I was comfortable and knew from the moment that I met him on job site, that I called the right person for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing and took as much time as needed to make sure that the main sewer line was clear and ran camera twice just to make sure. He explained what future repair work needs to be done to prevent future problems. I am so happy with his work and he will be my first call always on any plumbing repair in the future!!

Slick Rooter & Plumbing and specifically the owner - Ferdie - are phenomenal! They do great work and have very reasonable pricing. I had a sewer line backup, and at no cost, Ferdie came out and did a camera inspection and showed me the roots coming through the clay pipe and the fact that in sections, it was completely broken. He put together a low-cost estimate (I had two other estimates and one was literally DOUBLE the cost he had given to me!) and was able to start the job the next day. He installed a trenchless pipe and also connected my drain pipe to go under the driveway and directly into the sewer line -- a San Francisco requirement with any sewer work. It was inspected by city inspectors and he patched up the concrete. The work just took a few days and looks great - the line is now working perfectly. I will use Slick Rooter & Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward and highly recommend his services.

This is a true story and it happened to us.
We (my husband and I) decided to install new toilet just because the old one, though working, was not at 1.28 and was not bolted well to the floor.
At ""Nextdoor"" a plumber, though not licensed, advertised himself and offered a reasonable price.
Toilet was installed, tested and the plumber got paid.
In three days toilet flushing stopped working.
My first step was calling the installer. A response was with the new price list for inspections, problem detection, etc.
No accountability, or curiousity, or responsibility sounded in his response.
We started our own research. Learned everything about toilets, their brands, designs, costs, repairs, reviews.
Then we spent time inviting plumbing companies for estimates, because we started suspecting drain issues.
At this time we met Ferdie.
We inspected the drain in and out. Ferdie gave the appointment time and arrived right on time!
When we suggested that we have to inspect one more drain line - he agreed without any hesitation. He took our problem personally.
He uninstalled the toilet and installed again and still water, though pouring to the bowl, was not flushing.
Then Ferdie detached the tank, and, believe it or not, found a pack of plastic wrapping plugged into the neck of the base.
The original installer didn't bother to remove this packaging material.
Needless to say how grateful we are to Ferdie!
He was as curious and as happy with the finding as we were.
Now I am calling Ferdie ""our plumber"" and would recommend him always!

Ferdie was so wonderful to work with! We reached out months ago to replace our toilet and although we didn't do it, I realized then that this was my new plumber! We have referred friends to him that also loved him. We finally got around to fixing our toilet and he was the best, he was on time, fast, explained things (now we know how to turn off our main water), and so helpful. We will be using him again (our sewer line is next on the list...). I cannot recommend him enough!

Very responsive, fast, and affordable. I had been putting things off under my kitchen sink. I had a new garbage disposal I needed installed. I also had a small leak. Ferdie showed me why and where my leaks was and showed me some other pipes that we're about to fail. He was true to his low quote and very helpful. He will now be my go to plumber!!!
