Sleuth leak detection was used by UPC insurance to determine a leak that ruined my kitchen floor. The technician didn't seem to know what he was doing and didn't seem to put much effort into finding the leak. He said it was my garbage disposal and left. Upon calling another company, it was actually my dishwasher that had been slowing leaking underneath my laminate flooring. My tech was Matt.

Sleuth Leak Detection pinpointed a pipe leak in my guest bedroom. The plumber ripped up the flooring and jackhammered the concrete as per Sleuth's location. It was the wrong room! The leak was 2 rooms away. Sleuth did refund their fee but they refuse to reimburse me the $470 it cost me to repair the damage caused by their error. This is unacceptable. They need to take responsibility for their horrendous bad work. I gave them 1 star for this error plus I waited 4 days without water for them to show up. They really deserve no stars.

Paid $300 for no answer. His """"high tech"""" told was a water pressure meter. Lol. And he broke my faucet so now i have to replace that. Called the manager and he said i could pay an extra couple hundred for more testing! What a joke. Like I'm going to flush my money down the toilet TWICE!

The Sleuth rep confirmed there was a leak in our bath room but was unable to determine its source. He said he could only guess the leak was coming from the commode - I don't think so! Should not have charged us!

Jason detected our leak within minutes after arriving. He arrived before the time line I was given. Made a small hole in the drywall and marked the area for the plumbers to fix it. Now the fun begins on fixing it. Thank you for finding the leak. I hope I never need you guys again but if I do you will be the first one I will call. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs help

Leak required ceiling and insulation removal. They left an absolute wet mess and ceiling parts and dust all over the floor, tables, chairs ,kitchen appliances . It took three of us three hours to clean up. When I asked their guy before he departed if he was going to clean his mess up he just laughed and said it was not his job to do that. And he left. I'd certainly recommend a better company for detecting a leak.

Called """"Sleuth"""" by plumber recommendation. Very professional, highly skilled man came from Jacksonville to Deltona FL. Within 1 hr he had located the leak under the slab to within 3 inches horizontally. He charged $300. We asked if he could do more: he offered to open the floor, cut through concrete and put a temporary clamp until plumber could finish. He charged an extra $150. He was fast and neat and left everything clean. Another company quoted over $6.000, with no guarantee to just locate it. Nothing else. Sleuth was great. Thorough, efficient, neat, and very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. Kevin was the tech who came to us. Hope you can get him, but I am sure others are just as good.

I had a negative experience with American Leak Detection, and I suspected I still had a leak problem. Called Sleuth, and Technician Matthew Booth showed up right on time. Matthew began by checking my meter, and found that when all the water was off, the meter did not move, meaning we had no leak under the slab, or in the house. The water company has just installed a new meter, and the suspicion is it was not calibrated properly. This took 5-10 minutes, and Matthew did NOT charge us for the call! Amazing! Great honest response! I will call Sleuth in the future for any leaks I suspect.

Sleuth has detected two leaks in our previous home and pinpointed the source of moisture in our current home. We were amazed at how quick and accurately they detected our problems. Two were slab leaks and they found the exact location, which prevented excessive damage to our flooring when having repairs completed. Most recently, Shawn (field technician) was able to detect the source of moisture in our attic a/c ductwork. He was fast, thorough and friendly! We HIGHLY recommend Sleuth for leak detection. Their service will save you time and potential damage to your home.
