I have over a decade of plumbing experience and have developed a deep passion for this trade. My career began in new construction as an apprentice, where I attended plumbing school at night to grasp the essential plumbing concepts. After gaining 6,800 hours of hands-on experience, I passed the state exam for my Journeyman’s license. I moved into commercial and residential service plumbing, where I became adept at diagnosing and fixing problems. After reaching 8,500 hours, I earned my Master Plumbing license and committed to residential plumbing. I gained experience with both upscale plumbing companies and small six-person operations. I quickly realized I didn’t enjoy overcharging customers, but I also learned that running a business requires more than just minimal pricing. Throughout my experiences, I recognized that customers are not mere dollar signs and should be treated with respect.
