They came and fixed the issue but sadly when they did they caused a new issue to happen. I called and they came back out and were going to charge me $300 more to fix their new made issue that wasn't there before they did a repair ..... Anyways after he stopped telling me it would be a new fee twice what the original was to fix an issue he caused he ended up spending 30 seconds and plunging the sink. The air pressure was never pushed thru and due to our sink design he needed to do that after doing the repair. I mentioned it the day prior but he didn't do anything but listen however didn't plunge it. Anyways as soon as he walks out it's not fixed so I went after him. After a few days he came back out and the above happened where they told me it'd be a $350+ charge to fix etc etc. After discussing how the issue wasn't even there before he came and saying I wouldn't pay that or the first bill if not fixed he took a plunger and fixed the stoppage in literally 30 seconds So anyways. Fixed the leak. Created another issue. Wanted $380 to fix it before arguing then he fixed it in 30 seconds instead. Overall I wasn't even going to leave a review because the issues solved now but why I decided to in the end was the same job was quoted by a competitor for $93 and when they arrived I didn't know they were a new company. So their pricing is almost 2x what the other place quoted me, and we had some issues. So take my review as you will. Thanks!

I have never felt so taken advantage of by a company before. I called this company and asked them if they could send someone out to check a leaky faucet on my tub. They are very close to where I live. I met the plumber at my home and showed him my tub. He said he would try to fix it but most often they have to replace the entire assembly costing $650. Of course he couldn't get the screw out and told me I would have to have my shower wall cut up. The guy was playing his rap music with vulgar lyrics as he assessed my situation on his cell phone. I felt very uncomfortable having him fix anything. I told him I could not do that right now and would have to call him back because I needed to go back to work. He was there less than 15 minutes. Did nothing but make my problem worse and handed me a bill for $101.00 . I was livid. I called their office and asked about the charges and said, """"you never told me about any charges for doing nothing."""" The secretary said, """"You didn't ask."""" I was appalled!! Who says that? I feel robbed! My problem is worse now and I am out $100 for nothing. This company did not inform me of these charges and their plumber was not professional. There are many companies to choose from. Beware of a company that provides this kind of service.

I cannot recommend them enough!! As a first time homeowner who's had a rough first year full of unexpected repairs, Slaughter Plumbing came to the rescue. They replaced my water heater for over $1000 cheaper than 2 other companies quoted me. It came with a free 6 year warranty, and both other quotes I had didn't even include a warranty! Thank you to Jacob and Kody for being awesome with my dog and making this repair a breeze. Made my holiday season a little less stressful.

There was very easy communication via phone and internet. The woman in the office found what I wanted and gave me a fair price. The plumber showed up on-time and did a clean, professional job. This company does business the way all companies should. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful experience with Slaughter plumbing. I would recommend for service. I had a new toilet installed did not like the plastic toilet seat and they replaced it with a wooden one no charge. Cody and Kyle were professional and polite young men. If you need a plumber give them a call.

We had a blockage at our house and Zach came out within a few hours to get us cleared quickly before adding a clean out to make any future problems quicker to address. He was done quickly and we couldn't be happier. We have used Slaughter many times in the past and will continue to do so. While reading other reviews it became clear someone didn't understand their bill and left an unfair review in return. Getting a bill for 296 for """"30 minutes"""" does not mean they charge $500 an hour. The woman in the office explained they have a set price on stoppages for the first hour to cover the machine and manpower etc. Whether it takes them 5 minutes or an hour it's the same price. Unfair and dishonest to leave that review.

This company charged $ 272 for less than 30 minutes. Use this company if you lots and lots of money. Labor charge was $ 500 per hour.

My boyfriend and I purchased our first house and needed a ton of work done - washing machine relocation, water heater removal and relocation, repiping the main shutoff, a tub and a shower redo, and installing some toilets and faucets. Jacob did our shutoff, water heater, toilets and faucets in a few hours. Zack and Connor did our bathroom tearout one morning and Jamie and Eric were back that afternoon to set the new tub and installing our shower valves so our tile guys could come out the next day. Their price for everything including parts was half of the quote we were given by another mom and pop business and passed inspection with flying colors. I recently had them back out for a stoppage and Zack was able to get us cleared in the blink of an eye and even had time to put in a clean out so that we could more speedily clear any stoppages in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency Saturday night. Completely stressed and not knowing who to call, my brother gave me this reference. Kody had excellent customer service, was professional & is very knowledgeable. For an emergency call, on a Saturday night, the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend!! I now have a competent, trusted plumber on speed dial.

Just loved using this company again, as good as last time. Found them in the Christian Business Directory (.com) from church. So in the interest of being proactive, our old water heater hadn't started leaking YET, but when they do can cause damage to the neighbors' unit. Yup, we're in a condo & hear these horror stories all the time. So I called, Kody showed up right on time, did assessment & said could install same day, flat rate time & material. He & Kevin came in a couple hrs, were personable & professional, boom you're done. Such a joy to have friendly & efficient service! We told our building mgr so she can put them on the referral list, always think of group rate too :D
