Been buying HVAC supplies from THIS COMPANY in san jose till i realized they had a location in sonora. Relationship started off well, till they bungled a return - doing it without paperwork. Cost me over $700 for them to ""lose track"" of the system. When i called to discuss it, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. never again.

Went in looking for some parts for a chimney insert. Was told they could get the stuff but needed to get ahold of the manufacturer for a part number on a specific piece I needed. I did a follow up call the next week and was told that they hadn't heard from the manufacturer and would contact me when they did. It's been another week at least, never heard back from anyone. This is why walk in shops are dying. I ordered the parts off of amazon and got them within a few days. Very disappointed and will not return for anything.

We went to Slakey Brothers in Sonora as a last resort when we were trying to find replacement hardware for a rather old bathroom fixture. They were able to find the parts that no one else could, saving us the cost of replacing the toilet. You don't get that kind of service at the big box stores!
