Wendy R.Drove all the way from Plymouth to get a custom length hose for dishwasher to retrofit a new dishwasher into a house built in 1981. The man who helped me was very short with me (with a smile, all the while being polite). I gave him the piece that came with the dishwasher and asked for a 12' hose that would work. I also brought in the hose the homeowner used which was a 3/4"" hose. He came out with a hose cut to 12' and put it on the counter. It was the wrong size. Called the manager. He made it right.
