Being in the multifamily industry for over 35 years you get use to dealing with vendors. We try to help the community out and shop locally that will not happen with this company. James was rude to my manager when she was trying to get a bid for a unit that hadn't had hot water. My maintenance tech shows up to get the water heater but when he called me to give my credit card over the phone he said they couldn't take a credit card over the phone(who does that now a days with a pandemic good grief even Home Depot accepts credit card payments over the phone). James's said he told the manager the day before which was not true because we actually thought we had an account with them. James had every excuse to not being helpful! So this is what you get for trying to do business locally.

Not to mention I don't normally Yelp but this was ridiculous.

I have been here multiple times. Seriously rude staff. I got what I needed, but ill be going somewhere else from now on.

Got my gutters here. Super friendly. Really affordable and great customer service. Couldn't be happier with my interaction with them. Fantastic place
