Recommended Customer Reviews

Had a great experience with their customer service. Phil was completely patient and very informative. From some of the other reviews, I think people don't understand about wholesale suppliers (who don't deal with the general public) and the industry, where prices vary and suppliers don't like to give price quotes to non-customers. My contractor was entirely satisfied and will continue to go to Slakey Brothers

I needed a chimney for my new wood stove in double wall pipe. Thank goodness for Phillip at Slakey. I called with my very precise list of part numbers and qtys. The price beat anything I could find online, and they had it all in house next day!
If Phillip didn't come to my rescue I would have had a terrible weekend as my wife would have had a cold house during the coming rain... We are off grid wood heat only!
For reference:
I called several local fireplace stores, even emailed a list with part numbers and qtys for over $1000 in material. I got weird answers like, ""we got a pallet shipped in a few days ago, come by an we'll unwrap it and see if what you need is in there"" ... ""We can order that in, some of the parts are 6 weeks out.""
The warehouse was well organized, orders were pulled rather efficiently, and the products I was brought were beautiful and in original packaging sealed with no dings. I will definitely be using slakey again!
Thanks Phillip!

Great plumbing and heating warehouse. I received great service. Phillip was very professional and helped me with all my heating needs. Excellent prices. Thanks Slakey Brothers.

It's getting really old how many times the guys in the warehouse at Slakey Brothers F up the orders. Giving me the completely wrong filter grill but the correct filters that I ordered. Come on man it's 2+2 = 4.
not 14 x 30 equals 24 x 24. It's just really disappointing. This is me giving you that disappointed look. Stop wetting the bed.

My contractor asked me to call these guys. Got in touch with Scott at Slakey Brothers to ask about air purification systems. Scott wouldn't entertain a conversation with me and said ""we need to talk to your contractor-absolutely."" Wouldn't give me, the consumer, the time and day. Just FYI folks...

We've had issues, but they were not intentional (I've come to realize). I rescind my earlier review and still endorse the product because it's great.

This place has almost everything in stock, but the customer service is absolutely garbage. Been standing at the front counter for 20 minutes and multiple employees have walked by and not even acknowledged me.

Here we are in one of the coldest and wettest winter in many years. I get home from work to my icebox of a house since my Bryant furnace heater motor stopped working. I walk into the store, motor in hand, and ask if they have the part. I was less then pleased and shocked when I was told they would not sell me the part since I did not have a contractors license. The great sales staff did not even refer me to one of their costumers so I could purchase a blower motor through them. Here I sit, 50 degrees in my house, no heater, shivering, and temperatures expected to dip into the low 30's tonight. Thank you Slakey Brothers for your unprofessionalism, humiliating he, and lack of guidance on assisting me and my family so we could have heat in our house. You are definitely not representing well for the Bryant furnace company.

This place is great, I was sent there by a friend who does HVAC.
They had most of the stuff I needed in stock and pricing was better than Home Depot.
It can be intimidating for someone who is not in the construction industry.
I am an electrician and have little to no knowledge of HVAC, but they were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They got me everything I needed and more, and I had no problem returning anything I didn't use or need.
For a HVAC project, they are a 1 stop shop, if you know everything you need the 1st time.

Always had good service and found them very helpful. They are my go-to place for hard to find Copper parts -- downspouts, dormer vents, etc. Good prices and have a big library of suppliers catalogs to order anything you might need.
