Don't trust them! My AC repairman purchased a Payne unit through them. It was installed and ran for 4 weeks and the compressor died (internal pressure valve). So now I'm told I have to send the unit back to them and them to Payne and wait 3 weeks. Oh but they have this ""replacement unit"" I could purchase for $600!! This compressor is under warranty and I have to pay for a replacement. But they say they'll credit my money if/when Payne says the compressor is really dead...3-4 weeks from now. I smell a crook!! It's 100F, so in screwed. Should have gone with Home Depot!
