Called Scott on Saturday, explained that I was pretty sure I had a slab leak under the house. We made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Scott came over, located the leak and capped it. He outlined a plan to fix the problem. Gave us a price up front. Scott and his team worked for two long days, cutting drywall, running new pipe and finally patching and texturing all the drywall. During this process Scott found a defective valve behind the refrigerator, which he replaced at no additional cost. I have to add, I was out of town on business during the project. Scott called twice a day to keep me informed on the progress and any new developments.

Ryan came out today and was not only prompt, but called me when he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He fixed 2 different problems, and had both necessary parts on his truck. I found Slab Leaks plus a few weeks ago when I was looking for a plumber for my elderly mother, who had an emergency plumbing issue. Little did I know I would need him 2 weeks later! When my 92 year old mother had her plumbing problem, Dennis came out. Let's just say when he was finished, my mother asked Dennis if she could give him a hug! These guys do the job!

Slab Leaks Plus did a fantastic job for us! They came in and were able to find the leak in about 20 minutes. They were also easy to work with, did quality work, and their pricing was reasonable. Our leak was in a pipe under the slab of our house going to the downstairs lavatory. Through the wall of our house, Slab Leaks Plus disabled the leaking pipe and rerouted it. There was minor construction to our wall for repair, which was done nicely. I highly recommend Slab Leaks Plus and will not hesitate to call them again for future plumbing and slab leak needs.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Scott was the fourth plumber to come out and assess our slab leak. Not only was he able to find the source of the leak, but he was prompt, professional, and very thorough. I only regret not calling him earlier! The following morning, Bryan did the repairs. He pointed out additional areas of concern and certainly left our pipes looking better than before. An added plus was that all the drywall was patched up and textured at the conclusion of the job. Well I had a slab leak, so Slab Leaks Plus came out to my house and ended up having to remove my vanity, leak was between vanity and shower i believe thats what he said. Anyways, they came out and when everything was said and done. My bathroom works and looks better than it did before they started. Always a breath of fresh air when you get a contractor that cleans up after themselves.

We have used Slab Leaks Plus on a couple of occasions and both times the experience was great. We recently had a leak that required immediate attention and Scott was able to come out first thing Saturday morning and stop any additional damage.

On Monday Ryan and team started the project, after some investigation we decided to do a full house re-pipe. The project lasted several week and the team did a great job working as quickly as possible, cleaning up each day and were very professional.

They were also very helpful in dealing with our insurance company and making sure the whole process went smoothly. Our house looks great and we are very grateful for all the help we received from Ryan and the entire team. Thank you again!

I noticed a pretty serious leak coming out of my water meter box at the curb on a Saturday afternoon. Water had soaked all over the existing sod and was running down the gutters at the street. After getting Moulton Niguel Water to turn off the valve at the meter, I started looking for a plumber to come out and fix it but none of the so called ""24-hour Service"" companies I contacted could come out until at least Monday which is exactly what I was afraid of.

I called Scott at 3:00 pm. He was on another job at the time but he agreed to take a look at it for me. He arrived at 7:00 p.m., dug out the entire area, found and fixed the broken PVC in the dark and didn't leave until after 9:00 p.m. Because the fix needed time to cure, I was without water overnight however, Scott came back out on Sunday afternoon (his only day off) to turn the water back on, hose down the sidewalk and check all the lines.

Had I not found Scott when I did, I would have been without water for several days which does't seem like a huge deal until it happens to you.

Scott at Slab Leaks Plus is one of those dying breed contractors that are hard to find today. He understands that going above and beyond for your customers is often necessary and he seemed more than happy to do it.
