Harry came out and gave me a fair quote on a clean out install. When he found out I had 2 breaks in the main service line that runs from the house to the street, he didn't pressure me to hurry and make a decision. He walked me through the issue, what my choices were, and gave me the necessary information to make a sound decision. Him and his team worked fast, clean, and got the job done with little interruption to my homes plumbing needs. Thanks Harry. You guys rock.

Amazing service. Our garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called and Ruben came out the same day. He was very friendly and professional and was in and out in 30 min. He wore booties inside our home before I even asked, covered the work area and cleaned everything up when he was done. Pricing was much more reasonable than other plumbing services I contacted. Front desk person, Stephanie, was also very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again! Thank you!

The best thing about this company is communication. Stefany, who runs the office, calls you right back no matter what time of day.

Their work was top notch, they were pleasant to work with and was always on time.

They do not, however, itemize costs. That's not how they work so if you need an itemized report for the work you need to go somewhere else.

But like I said, the group was great to work with, did quality plumbing and, most importantly, Stefany gives you 100% of her attention and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

They cleared a clog a previous plumbing company couldn't clear!!!

I've used them three times for various reasons...a pipe outside was about to burst, a leak in the bathroom, and clogged kitchen and laundry room sinks. They fixed everything first time around without issue. In fact, when it came to the clog, a previous plumbing company attempted to clear it a long time ago and couldn't but SL Rooter got it! Pricing is very fair. Everyone is kind, helpful, timely, and also respectful of my property. For example, the plumber today showed up with shoe covers. Loved that!
The lady that runs the office is very nice and polite, (scheduling is a breeze). Just a very good family owned business all around.

So initially I called them back in 2020 and fixed up one of my toilets, then I called them on Thursday of January 4 2023 I needed them to fix the same toilet they worked on 2020.
Stefani answer really friendly and told be as soon as possible she will return my call and send someone to my house but til today as of January 11 I haven't received a phone call back from her , i do not recommend this plumbing company anymore, they just tell you they are helping , but they lied. How rude Stefany.
There are better plumbing companies out there, at least they are honest. So do not call these people and
save your time. They don't deserve no stars.

My bathtub was completely clogged.i called this company and was impressed with their service. Office rep was very nice, and scheduled an appointment withing 2 hours time frame. Plumber was very professional, took care of the problem in 15 minutes! I will definitely call them for all my future rooting problems. A +

If you're looking for a plumber, you've found them right here. Just call SL Rooter and Repair right now. The entire team is top notch, with Stefany handling the phones, and Ruben and Junior who are the best! The entire team is incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.

I just moved into a new house and ran into plumbing issues within the first week (old pipes). Ruben and Junior came out within an hour (on a Sunday nonetheless) and spent 3-4 hours working out the issues with both of my toilets and getting everything back to normal again. They were very respectful (masks and booties on their shoes) and I learned a lot just in conversations with them. They actually ended up helping me out with a few other issues around the house as well, not even plumbing related, proving to me that they genuinely are here to help. I ended up using them again on a few other occasions as well

In all my interactions with them, not once did I feel like I was being sold something I was uncomfortable with, or did I ever feel they were minimizing a problem - they were very upfront with me and I appreciate the advice and honesty from them!

They will definitely be my plumbing team of choice and I'll be making sure to refer them to all of my friends.

Ruben is great. Family owned business. I've had issues with my sewer line for 20 years. I've had plenty of people out over the years, but Ruben was the most thorough at giving me a complete analysis of my sewer situation. I now understand why the issue continues. The home is 60 years old and my sewer line set up is a bit of a head scratcher. Ruben cleared the pipe for now and offered suggestions for upgrading my situation in the future. I'm extremely satisfied with this transaction.
