Ruben and Jr. have been awesome every time we've needed them. They are very responsive and quick and their work is very high quality. They've done everything from pipes, faucets, water heaters, toilet swap outs and drain clogs for us. Very affordable too!! I'm giving SL Rooter five stars for the following reasons. First, we had an issue where the drains were backing up late on a Saturday night. Rubin showed up inside an hour and had us up and running in no time. Then showed me the bigger issue by running his camera down the clean out some 65ft to where roots penetrated drain pipe. Here's where you go, oh crap (no pun intended) what's the cost of that? Rubin senior explained the process, tools they use and showed me a video. There was no digging up the yard or cutting up driveway and when done, you could hardly tell they had just ran 45 feet of pipe from the street to the house. Very pleased with the work, timing, professionalism and cost. I would highly recommend SL Rooter and Repair for any plumbing needs you may have. And finally, Stephany the voice of SL Rooter, never misses a call no matter what time your calling. Thanks guys :)

Great service and fair pricing. Last minute call to SL Rooter and they fit me in on the same day. The technician Ruben was very professional and very conscious of keeping the space clean and not disturbing items in the area where he was doing the work. By far the most pleasant experience I have had with a plumbing company and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Before leaving, Ruben made sure the area was clean, the repair was functioning to my satisfaction, and that all my questions were answered. Great finding a fair company that does great work.

Ruben Jr. is the most efficient, courteous, responsible and reliable plumbers we have ever used. Ruben Jr. and his team come on time, he plans the work and knows exactly where to start and where to go. They work very clean and at the end of the four full day job, they cleaned all the work areas. They replaced the kitchen drain, rerouting the pipes all the way to the city sewer line. To our surprise, Jr. called us the next day to check if everything is good and we are happy with his work. We highly recommend SL Rooter for all your plumbing needs. We would give them 10 stars if it were available!

I had an emergency this morning, where my kitchen faucet would not turn off. I had to shut the water down on throughout the house, on a Sunday morning. I called SL Rooter and the lovely woman who spoke with me arranged for Rueben Jr. to come to my home within a half hour. Rueben Jr. was so professional and nice. Explained everything to me and installed a new kitchen faucet with old pipes and installed new pipes. They are very reasonably priced and I will definitely call on SL Rooter, for future plumbing services. It's so hard to come by honest and reasonably priced services these days. The SNL family is wonderful.

Please call them first. I called two other plumbers prior to them. One did not return my call (Charlie's Plumbing) and the other plumber (Hotline Plumbing) was just ""too busy"". So glad to have this team as my go to. SL Rooter are the very best!
