I just moved into a new house and ran into plumbing issues within the first week (old pipes). Ruben and Junior came out within an hour (on a Sunday nonetheless) and spent 3-4 hours working out the issues with both of my toilets and getting everything back to normal again. They were very respectful (masks and booties on their shoes) and I learned a lot just in conversations with them. They actually ended up helping me out with a few other issues around the house as well, not even plumbing related, proving to me that they genuinely are here to help. I ended up using them again on a few other occasions as well

In all my interactions with them, not once did I feel like I was being sold something I was uncomfortable with, or did I ever feel they were minimizing a problem - they were very upfront with me and I appreciate the advice and honesty from them!

They will definitely be my plumbing team of choice and I'll be making sure to refer them to all of my friends.

Ruben is great. Family owned business. I've had issues with my sewer line for 20 years. I've had plenty of people out over the years, but Ruben was the most thorough at giving me a complete analysis of my sewer situation. I now understand why the issue continues. The home is 60 years old and my sewer line set up is a bit of a head scratcher. Ruben cleared the pipe for now and offered suggestions for upgrading my situation in the future. I'm extremely satisfied with this transaction.

They were so helpful! I called and had Ruben and Ruben Jr. at my house within a couple hours. They were very polite and respectful of my house, wearing booties throughout and cleaning up. Price was lower than the three other companies I called and very reasonable. I would recommend them again and again. They replaced the valves in the back yard faucet and completely replaced the shower valves and stems. Work is high quality and we are now enjoying a leak proof home! Thank you guys!!!

I'm giving SL Rooter five stars for the following reasons. First, we had an issue where the drains were backing up late on a Saturday night. Rubin showed up inside an hour and had us up and running in no time. Then showed me the bigger issue by running his camera down the clean out some 65ft to where roots penetrated drain pipe. Here's where you go, oh crap (no pun intended) what's the cost of that? Rubin senior explained the process, tools they use and showed me a video. There was no digging up the yard or cutting up driveway and when done, you could hardly tell they had just ran 45 feet of pipe from the street to the house. Very pleased with the work, timing, professionalism and cost. I would highly recommend SL Rooter and Repair for any plumbing needs you may have. And finally, Stephany the voice of SL Rooter, never misses a call no matter what time your calling. Thanks guys :)
