They've been in business a pretty long while as we had to use them roughly 20 years ago during a plumbing emergency during a house remodel when buying a dumpy old house and they were good then. I remembered their name a few months ago when in the middle of the night BAM, pipe blows under the house. They came out quick and the problem was literally fixed in under an HOUR (!) - it's been months since that repair and no problems whatsoever since. Had one other incidence where the plumbing under the kitchen sink which we let a friend do (don't EVER do this) literally fell apart. Skyline came out and completely reworked it as the """"friend"""" did it totally wrong, and was done in around 45 minutes - again, no problems since. Highly recommended.

Came out within few hours of our call. Expert analysis of why pipes were knocking and water was cloudy. Needed a new water heater and fixed a leak in shower that was leaking into the floor underneath our bedroom and into ceiling of main floor. My wife handled all interactions with Clark on both days they came out to our house because I was at work. I called this company due to the location and spoke with Debbie who quoted me a reasonable price and scheduled the appointment. There were two guys that showed up on time for the appointment. However, I gave them my estimation of where the septic tank was and one of the guys even came in through the garage and into the basement and stated it was in a different location than what I had said. I presented them with a drawing of where it was located which was the same area I initially said and the guy said he """"knows that now"""". He told me it was 3 feet deep and they would have to come back with a tractor either the next day or the day after not being specific to either one. My question is obviously you know you are going to have to dig so why would you not bring the tractor with you??? Then I was told due to the digging it was going to be an additional $250.00. Talk about hidden cost!!! No thanks. I called Debbie and told her there was no need for them to return. I would not make that call to them again simply because they were unprepared, not as professional as one should be, and you shouldn't have to expect hidden cost!

I had multiple plumbing needs and Skyline addressed them all! They were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Inside of an hour they: 1) got one of my exterior faucets working again, 2) installed a new garbage disposal 3) fixed a slow drain and 4) replaced the sink hardware in my master bathroom.
