I hired Skyes plumbing the unclog my kitchen sink, which hadn't been draining for several days. They were the third company I contacted for an estimate via Yelp, and their was the only price that seemed reasonable to me (about 25% of the cost quoted by Roto Rooter, to give you a sense of the difference). James and his assistant (I forget his name) arrived the same day and were communicative via text, letting me know when he left the previous job and was on the way to my house. He worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. He even gave me some pointers about how to clear the clog myself in the future, if it happened again. It took them about 30 minutes to clear the clog and they took their time checking that it was gone for good. Given the COVID pandemic I asked them to wear masks and they did without hesitation; James said this is their policy anyway. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite throughout the whole service call. I will definitely keep them in mind if I have future plumbing problems. Highly recommend.
