Jeff found the leak in our water system. It wasn't in the house pipes but outside in the irrigation system. He explained to me in layman's terms what the problem was and what needs to be replaced in the irrigation system.

We bought our geothermal system from them and have our service preformed by them. Their yearly service program is super reasonable and they come out two times a year. My experience with their tech Eric today was great. He took the time to explain everything while I watched. I won't go anywhere else.

After completing the service he reviewed everything and let me know of anything suggested and my options. I feel comfortable running the gas furnace now.

After getting an invoice containing no price breakdown for the repair completed I requested an invoice detailing the price of parts, hours worked and the hourly rate charged. Sky then replied they ""didn't do that"". Apparently what they do, according to their technician, is charge $289.00 to perform an annual maintenance check on each component of a mini-split system. In other words my typical system consisting of an exterior unit and three interior units would cost about $1200.00 for an annual maintenance check. Elsewhere you can find this same service for around $200. Save yourself some money, and arrogant attitudes, and go elsewhere.

Another great experience. Ryan H came out to assess and maintain the heating systems. Did a thorough inspection and didn't mind that I hung out for the process and talked about all the different aspects of the system. He put together a very thorough itemized quote for potential additional maintenance and improvements. Thanks Ryan, and thanks, Sky!
