With over 36 years of service, Sky Heating and Air Conditioning has been committed to our customers and the community. Started by William (Bill) G. Smith on October 1, 1979, we now serve the entire Portland Metropolitan Area and beyond. We take pride in being a Trane Comfort Specialist, WaterFurnace GeoPro, and Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, having won several awards for our efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This company has been maintaining and repairing our two Mitsubishi units for many years now and they always come through for us. Matt was especially attentive. He made sure both units were in top condition and made recommendations for us to consider for future improvements. I especially like how Sky sent us a mini-bio on Matt before he showed up--nice touch! We highly recommend across the board!

Mario Gonzales provided prompt routine maintenance service and accurate, understandable analysis/diagnosis of my AC system.
His service recommendations were encouraging but not demanding.
We'll keep using Sky for regular service & maintenance and hopefully not need major repairs or replacements any time soon

Thomas and Bubbles were absolute professionals from start to finish. They even took the time to make our anxious Golden Retriever feel comfortable with them being in and out of the house.

Awesome electrical service! This is the second time I had Cody with Sky provide electrical services in my house. Great job every time. Cody is a very knowledgeable and professional. While completing my second service request, I talked with Cody about additional electrical services and a heating upgrade that is next. My intention is to build a long term relationship with a company for all my home needs. Sky has my business and I am very pleased with their service.

Matt came out to do my furnace maintenance and was very professional and friendly. My dogs loved him, which is always a good sign - they are very good judges of character.
The only thing I could ask for would be a smaller appointment window - 8 am to 4 pm is a long time to sit around not knowing exactly when the person is going to come. But that's not his fault.

This company has to be the worst with follow through! I scheduled an appointment/confirmed and no one ever called or showed up -- nothing? When asked to speak to the manager they said he'd call first thing in the morning the morning came and went -- nothing?
Stay far away!

So sad. this company used to be 5 stars. they have changed names so many times. Office staff is rude and doesn't call back. The technicians are not well trained, rude and unprofessional. One of them telling me to google the air filter so we can get it cheaper online which is NOT the case for our special filter. They installed our brand new system 2 years ago. When it went out during the summer they said it would be over a week to get someone in our area to even look at it plus an extra fee. We had purchased a package with them and there should not have been an extra fee.
Would not recommend company at all!

They indicated that I would get money back after trading new thermostat for a simpler less expensive new one. The newer, more expensive one had features that the new furnace couldn't even use. Unnecessary expense for me. Almost a month later and I haven't heard back from anyone.
LATER: All taken care of. Great service.
