Their work passed city inspection and was completed for the quoted price. However, be prepared for them to use personal items such has brooms, fans, and hoses without asking. If they break something, like a window, don't expect an apology or a timeframe for when the broken item will be fixed. Be prepared for them to leave their garbage when they are done, and to use your city garbage can. If you have pets you may want to consider arranging for a kennel in case one of their workers gets anxious around the animals in your/their home. If they need to come back another day you must have to ask for them to give you a call when they are on their way, otherwise they will just show up and walk into your home.

I highly recommend Skooters. I have friends who recommended them, so I called and explained my problem. They gave me detailed instructions on how to fix the problem, since I told them I would like to fix it myself unless it was a serious issue. I like it when a business is interested in customer service!
