C P.Called for ac repair on a Sunday and left a message. Got a phone call Monday morning saying they would come. By noon, when they had not, and I had waited for them all morning, I called to find out when they were coming. No one answered and they took an hour to return my call and let me know they might be by in the late afternoon, because they were out of town. Why couldn't tell me that earlier in the day? Found another company who gave an estimated time when they would show up and actually did show up.
