I tried so many businesses and tones of phone calls for a handy man. SkillSee doesn't compare to anyone. He did an amazing job and deserves a 10 star. Works clean , fast, responsible, and is a business man. He knows what he's doing.
I gave him a list of things to repair at my Mom's. Knocked it out and finished it in two days!!! This included installation of new wardrobe mirror doors. Installing GFI's , cutting a groove in the security screen door, putting up a complete new wood panel to fit an old existing dialysis set-up that was removed, a whole list of work. He went under the house and reattached a whole vent air duct tubing that had come apart.
I'm very grateful and amazed with his work. He maintained communication with me the whole time. I live about 1-1/2 hours away from the location. He updated me with what was happening.
Had great character and professional. He was worth every single penny of my money.

I called Orlando's Handyman in El Monte, he said it sounded like it wasn't his type of work. I called Robert with Gold Medal , he never showed up. I called Rob with Fox-Fix-It, he was disgruntled and tried to shark me on the cost. Horrible attitude and demanding. Too bad for these businesses, I own multiple properties in the surrounding area of Pico Rivera, Whittier, and Downey.

SkillSee is the best . I'm referring him to all of my friends, family, and he is now my go to for all my maintenance . I already have enough work for Dimitri to do when ever he's available or finds time. This is exactly how business is handled. Thank you, SkillSee, so much appreciate you.

Dimitri is AMAZING !!! After having several other handymen come out and not do such a great job, I was despairing of every finding someone. We have a 100 year old home and we're trying to keep up with all the little things--so they don't turn into BIG issues. Literally had a 3 page type written list of things we needed done. Some were very basic, like putting together a trundle bed which was sent without all the pieces...all the way up to replacing the side entry to a garage.

He is meticulous in his work, he knows what he's doing and he's fair in his pricing. He works very quickly and efficiently--he's not trying to take his time to stretch the project out longer than it needs to be. He communicates very well to ensure he knows what you want to achieve and then will let you know if that's a good approach. He also makes good suggestions and you can make a decision based on his recommendation.

Dimitri will be coming back, because we have a room where he ripped out the old carpeting and revealed a nice wood floor underneath! He's going to repair the wood and then make it look great!

We will continue to keep working on things we need for our old house and look forward to working with Dimitri in the future!

I've been wanting to knock a number of projects around our newly purchased home and after discussing the projects, Dmitrii was very transparent what he can do, the labor required, and the end result, which in my short time owning a home, have realized not all service professionals are.

We had hired Damon to do some work on one of our properties. Not only did he do an amazing job in a timely manner, he was able to complete the following trades:

Remove old flooring and installed linoleum
Painting the Interior walls and ceilings
Fix and patch plaster before painting
Caulking kitchen sink
Repair mold damage in the bathroom
Install vent fan with switch in bathroom
Install shower boards in bathroom.

I would highly recommend him if you have any projects that you have in mind for your property. No frills and straight to the point. Thank you for your excellent service!

From our first yelp interaction, he was very responsive and professional. I contacted him for two issues. 1 - electrical, 2 installation. Both he provided an hourly rate. The electrical hourly rate is more than the handyman services. But hey I understand- electrical is a more specialized hired skilled!

Unfortunately my electrical issue he was unable to fix due to my own issues, but he was able to explain to where I understand. I have under cabinet LED lighting which is not 110v but it's controlled by a light switch. So I'm unable to find the transformer box that converts the 110v to 12v for the LED low voltage lights. The line that connects to the LED lights doesn't have any electrical current. (We bought a remodeled house, so I have no clue where that thing is, ?. ) So we need to check that box or do it all over again!

2- The installation. He installed 3 wood post to a concrete cinder block walls. He had all the right tools to do the job. Then he proceeded to hang our outdoor lights' and they look amazing! He provided us Just what we wanted. He was respectful to my house as well, he took off his shoes while inside as the rest of us. I truly appreciate someone who can give provide us great service.

I will be calling him back because I have other projects I need done, and it's so hard finding reliable, GOOD and HONEST help'.

Damon responded promptly and came to our condo within 2 days after chatting on Yelp.

We needed the doorway to our washer and dryer closet enlarged. He made it look easy as he enlarged the doorway to our washer and dryer closet with great precision. I would highly recommend him as a handyman.
