We specialize in finishing basements, remodeling kitchens, executing major interior renovations, constructing additions, building decks, and garages. We are very selective about who we bring on board. We operate in residences with children and while homeowners are at work. We require background checks and references for all hires. In 1987, Tory started as a carpenter apprentice. In 1995, he obtained his Minnesota general contracting license and concentrated on residential projects. He expanded into commercial construction in 2002. By 2006, he was involved in industrial construction projects. In 2015, Tory chose to return to residential construction with Skill-It LLC. We’re back to what we enjoy the most!

Tory, a certified project management professional (PMP), has been a licensed general contractor since 1995. Starting in 1987, he worked as an apprentice in large-scale residential construction.
