A friend of ours recommended SKG after our oven broke and we are so happy she did. Steven and Sabina the owners were very responsive and transparent. When Steven came out to fix the stove he took the time to explain what was broken and how to prevent it from possibly happening again. Steven also gave me some helpful advice on my fridge as well. The pricing was reasonable and fair. Good honest people and would highly recommend!

very fishy and dishonored, wanted to charge me 3x then what supposed luckily i catched it so i'm writing this review to help others before going with these guys. on our first phone call i've been told the first diagnose is 85$ and they tried to charge me 300$ just for the diagnose after i even told them exactly what is the problem before and provided all the information they need to make it easy 30 min repair, but somehow they managed to make it a 850$ repair for switching a door latch ! I ended up doing it myself for 150$ cost for the part . anyway there are plenty of other options out there and if for some reason you do decide to go with these guys make sure you check everything.

Steve was great. Above and beyond the usual. Worked on our old oven. Spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem. Had other companies out. He was only one interested in the most efficient and cost effective solution.

I'm so glad I found Steven for all my appliance needs! Ive had my microwave, ice maker and garbage disposal all fixed my Steven. He is so knowledgeable about appliances its quite impressive. I would refer him to anyone that is looking to have their appliances repaired or replaced.
He's reliable and easy to get a hold of. He does honest work and he definitely fair priced. I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Steven did an incredible job fixing our dryer vent. He was very thorough over the phone on the initial call explaining what he was going to charge and how the price could be impacted, which I thought was a very courteous thing to do so we weren't surprised with a charge once he got here. When he arrived, he was great with covid protocols and his work was very thorough. He took his time and ensured he did everything correctly. Steven cleaned up everything before he was done and left our laundry room looking clean. Our dryer is now working better than ever. I would highly recommend Steven for any appliance work! thanks Steven!
