Went beyond his scope of work to assist in what turned out to be a plumbing matter- a great deal of sludge was stuck in our piping going from the kitchen out to the street. He does not have any hidden fees; you know the charges before he comes to your house. which is very helpful because other companies usually will not tell you anything before coming to your house and shocking you with their unreal numbers. Brian walks in and the first thing I say to him is, 'You are probably a great plumber, but I only called you because I lost the number for the best plumber in the world. His name was Bob.' Brian looks at me and says, 'Did he drive a green van?' I said, 'Yea!' and Brian says 'That's my Dad.'
If Brian or Bob move out of my area...I'm following them. I can't say enough about how great they both are.

Called him at 7:30am, he rolled in at 9:00, right on time. Clean, nice, articulate, chatty (not not annoying). In and out, flat rate, no mess.

The only negative I can think of is this: he works through an answering service, so you can't call him DIRECTLY. But the great upside to this method is he is not interrupted with other calls while working at your house. And he responds to messages quickly so it is no real inconvenience.

This is the guy you want to use, no question asked.

My house has trees in front and I need to drill out the main line in the front line every 18 months or so. I have used Roto-Rooter and Mr. Rooter in the past. Brian is as good or better, and at less than half the rate.
