Communication was good, my husband called and spoke with Mark initially. Andrew called when they were en route to our place. Toilet install was fast and Nolan and Andrew asked me to have a look at their work before packing up their tools. They made sure area was clean before leaving. (This review is targeted towards women)- as in Mark of Skagit Plumbing is someone a woman can call and not have to worry about feeling uncomfortable around-ladies you know what I mean! He and his associate were very conscientious about calling ahead to let you know when they will arrive, and answered all my questions; explained all that they were doing etc. He was reasonably priced and fixed all the plumbing issues that came up. Would definitely use Skagit Plumbing in the future!
