I called and left a message on Sunday 4/29/18 at about 9:00PM and left a detailed message of my problem. On Monday 4/30/18 at 11:00am. I still had not receive a call back. I called again and spoke with Kyle. He seemed very willing to help on the phone. He asked if I could text him my info and he would work on getting someone over as soon as he could. By 12:50pm, he still didn't even acknowledge that he received my text. I sent another text requesting confirmation. No response. At 1:20pm, I sent another text stating I would look elsewhere if he was unable to help. He immediately responded and said they would be there that afternoon. A worker showed up to my home at about 5:45pm. After checking the drains, he determined it was either a venting issue or a clog. BAD NEWS: HE DIDN'T HAVE A SNAKE WITH HIM!!!!!!!!!! WHAT???? What PLUMBER doesn't have SNAKE as part of their tools for every plumbing job????? He then tried to charge $135.00 for doing NOTHING!!! We went out and bought our own snake and snaked the drain ourselves. However, it did not solve the issue. At 8:15PM that same night, I sent another message letting him know that we snaked the drain with no improvement and asked if he would be able to come back. Here I am the next day at 9:15am and still have heard nothing!!!!!! This is completely unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!
