Steve has been doing work for us for quite some time. He is always very friendly and helpful. He installed a new water heater as well as adding whole house water shut off valves. He also installed new outdoor spigots. I would definitely recommend his services! He is a wealth of knowledge!

Steve was great! He was friendly and professional. We called him on Saturday and he was able to come out to us that day!
We had some water leaking from the ceiling and he figured out where it was originating from. He started his work and and was done very quickly, when comparing to other plumbers we have used.
Steve did a quick education moment about how you don't plunge a high pressure toilet, thanks for the explanation!
He also helped with another visit for installing new toilets and shower heads! Reasonably priced and again quick!

I was not happy with Newell installation of my new water heater. After it was installed they said they usually place a metal sheet under the heater when the ground is not level. When asked why they didn't do that they asked if I had a metal sheet on hand. They wanted to charge me additional money to come back, uninstall water heater, place sheet under, and then reinstall heater. I do not recommend their services.

I was so impressed with our plumber today from Newell. He fixed our hot water heater, when another company (whose name I'd love to mention but won't) told us we needed a new one, which he'd be happy to install for $1700. they were here on time, were very respectful and knowledgable. highly recommend them!

Not impressed, i called them for a large job of hooking up city water to replace a well system and replumbing the lines to have the well facilitate my outdoor spickets. It took them a week to call me back. They were rude when they did, and then they never showed for an estimate. Baldie Joe plumber must have been too busy putting his make up to spew his uneducated B.S. across the country.

Actually the rating should be negative stars. AL Newell and Joe are SCAMMERS - we pulled their number out of the phone book where they had a nice big ad. Our expensive 6 year old Moen kitchen faucet was leaking. Joe came out to ""fix"" it. He told us that it could not be fixed, the warranty didn't apply and Moen didnt make that faucet anymore but he just happened to have a faucet of similar value and quality in his truck that he could put in today. He was here and gone in 30 minutes and I had myself a bottom of the line basic faucet in its place and a $294 invoice. My husband and I were admittedly distracted by a conference call going on while Joe was here so we trusted what he was telling us and our attention was diverted. Upon seeing this lousy replacement faucet I immediately called the number on the bill and spoke to Al Newell who was rude to me at the start. He used profanity with me and told me he didn't have time to talk to me and that the faucet Joe had put in was just as good as the old one. Of course the invoice had no breakout in how much the labor or the faucet was and Al refused to give me that information. He told me he could send Joe back out and take the faucet out but that would cost me another $250. At that point I decided to terminate the relationship as I did not want these clowns coming back. II did follow up with the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint and you will see they have an Unsatisfactory record with the BBB.

Now to find out Joe is not licensed really makes us angry but not really surprised. I am guessing their scam is to make the homeowner believe they need a replacement whatever, replace it with a cheaper but marked up model then they take your high quality item and either use it in their own home or do the minor repair and re-sell it themselves.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had them come out to repair my hot water heater. They showed up on time, repaired it and were on their way. I would highly recommend them if you need any work done.
