Giving Sean 5 stars because he is honest, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, reasonable rates, and dependable! Sean fixed a problem that another plumber caused. I had 2 sinks that were hooked up incorrectly and that caused a foul odor. He found the problem and fixed it. He also hooked up another sink that was taking my husband almost a month to try and figure out how to put it together after a few trips to Lowe's. Sean, I'd like to thank you again for your prompt, fast, and friendly service! Now I don't have to worry about that foul odor coming back.

Wonderful service , Sean is very professional and respectful. I called regarding a leak in my ceiling and Sean responded very quickly. The matter was fixed within the hour and he was very tidy and did not leave a mess. Before leaving I remembered I had another non emergency issue with my down stairs toilet , and he had no problem fixing something that wasn't previously discussed. I will never use another plumber again.

Wow! I called Shawn on a whim after having some work done by another plumber. I couldn't figure out why there is no water pressure. He was so laid back and easy going about the whole thing. Made it a breeze to figure it out over the phone and best of all he didn't even charge me. How many plumbers can you say that about? I'm really looking forward to working with him in the future!

Sean was great! A first time using him was painless. He was very nice, and accommodating on his scheduling me in for swapping out my garbage disposal. Can't believe this company has perfect reviews. A gentlemen from this company came out to our house to consult the plumbing issue we had at our home. The issue was poor water heating in one of our bathroom showers. He then requested a second visit. He never showed up to this visit but then called 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment, apologized and requested to reschedule his visit for the next morning. For some reason, he never replied and left us dry. I am not one to write yelp reviews..in fact this is my first one. Our city doesn't deserve this type of service and it needs to be known.

SJS came through for me with my AO Smith water heater, needing 2 new parts installed. AO Smith messed up by not sending all the necessary parts needed, and offered to pick up the tab to have them installed once they arrived. That still would have made it 4 days w/out hot water, thanks to AO Smith not shipping on time, nor all the needed parts. I had one of the parts, the other was being shipped overnight. I got SJS contact info from AO Smith as authorized installers. When I explained my situation to Shawna, she said they may have the missing part (gas valve). After checking and calling her tech's, they did have one! Within 2 hours John arrived with the part, and used the other part I had already received to get the water heater up and running again.

Responsive, professional, and knowledgeable.

SJS is now my go to plumber for any future issues.

I had a water heater leak and found Sean through both Yelp and Nextdoor. I texted him some photos of the damage and he was over right after finishing a job. I could tell he was experienced in his craft, and he was able to recommend a restoration service (Apex Restoration, who has been equally pleasant to work with) for the water damage. He set up a new water heater in a temporary spot until its permanent location could be repaired. His quote was fair, and I never felt he was trying to upsell. He was focused on the job I called him for and was patient in explaining the details of the work he was performing. I recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber. I hope to never need him again, but he's proven to be a go-to guy.

We had a a gas smell in our garage that could have come from the water heater, dryer, or furnace. Sean thoroughly checked each one for leaks. We felt a lot better knowing we had someone knowledgeable do a thorough inspection. Thanks Sean!

Great response time, great service and personable! I had a problem with my kitchen sink not draining properly even after my husband used an auger. Sean quickly responded to a message thru Yelp (on a Sunday), showed up the next day & fixed the problem quickly.

We would definitely use SJS again for any future plumbing issues.
