Sean is the owner operator of this company and what a great job he did resolving my plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable and very honest about what my repair called for. He probably could have taken us for a ride but his honesty allowed for a quick and inexpensive repair. I highly recommend this guy!

So I had a slab leak and called our 4 plumbers for an estimate, not only was Sean the only one to come out same day, not only was he the cheapest... BUT he also was the only one to suggest an alternative way to repair the pipe underground to preserve my brand new kitchen floor and cabinets! He suggested since it was indeed close to the exterior, he could tunnel a little under the house from the outside to get to the broken piece. I couldn't be more happy with the service I was provided with and highly recommend him to everyone!

In the interest of full disclosure, before I called SJS Plumbing I had another major rooter company see the problem in my parent's house. Not only did they misdiagnose their leak, but they wanted them to perform a job that was completely unnecessary. I'm glad I asked for a second opinion and found Sean. He showed up within the hour of calling him and told me exactly what he believed the problem was. He used a company called Pegasus Leak Detection, whom I will also write a review for, to pinpoint exactly where the leak was. Sean told me he was a very busy but he was willing to move his schedule around so he could begin work the very next morning. The work took the better part of the day but Sean was constantly checking in and giving me updates. I can't begin to explain how grateful I am for finding Sean. He showed compassion towards my parents and told me that he would take care of them. If I could somehow give Sean and SJS Plumbing Maintenance more than 5 stars, I would. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for a solid plumber that is honest and fair, then do yourself a favor and don't waste your time calling multiple estimates, just call Sean. I guarantee you will be glad you did.

1. He is up front of what needs to be done/cost
2. Doesn't push you to doing more work than needed
3. While my husband was the one mainly in contact with Sean throughout the work, Sean informed me also and kept me updated as well with what was going on (called to talk about the process and sent pictures of the pipes being fixed)
4. The job was done in a timely manner.
5. Once all was done, Sean came back to make sure everything was looking good and that we felt comfortable with the work.

I had an unexpected water heater leak that actually went INTO my house. I first noticed the problem when I found water in my dining room carpet. I called a few plumbers, a couple of which could not make it out, but I found Sean on the Nextdoor app. His review said he was honest and had fair pricing, so I called. Sean came out within hours and immediately took care of business. He showed me where the leak was, did a thorough check of the whole house, then called in his water restoration and leak detection guys who came out THE SAME DAY. While it is always a bummer to have to deal with these things (and come up with the money!), I went to bed feeling like I had found a guardian angel -- Sean and his whole team totally made me feel comfortable and that the problem would be fixed by the BEST.

The whole process took a full two weeks. Sean started by fixing the leak and installing the new water heater in a temporary location so that the damaged area could be completely dried and restored. He had me back in hot water THE NEXT DAY. ...and when everything was restored, he came right back, and relocated it and set it up perfectly.

The work was outstanding. The team of people that he brought along were fantastic. Each of them made me feel very taken care of. They took the time to explain things, and it was clear that they all knew what they were doing. Sean made sure to strap the water heater even in the temporary set up and everything, each time he came, was left so very clean. ...not to mention that he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He even sent out his leak detector to make sure that everything was sound after it was all done, FOR FREE!

As I told Sean, I am not sure how I feel about having a great plumber (because I don't want anything more to happen!), but now I know that if I have other issues, Sean is there for me and I don't have to stress about finding a great plumber who is honest and fair, and who can recommend other subcontractors who I can trust as well.

Sean did a great job at at replacing the sprinkler valve at my house. He came right on time in the morning and did the job very efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job and will definitely be my first choice in case I need in future.
