So this is actually my third time having Johnny fix my plumbing. I had really good experience the first 2 times at my old townhome so when I moved I kept his contact knowing that I would go back to him again. He is honestly the most patient, kind person I have met. He explains well and takes the time to make sure all questions are addressed instead of just rushing out of the door after a job. I had a possible pipe leak in the middle of the night and he was able to come and take a look within 7 hours and reassured me of everything I am concerned about or need to do in between. You can't ask for a better customer service than that. Best of luck!!!

I tried San Jose Rooter & Plumbing for the first time. We have had a reoccurring plumbing problem with our toilet and pipes due to poor installation when our home was built decades ago. Johnny came out with his crew. He did an assessment of our pipes, investigated it all the way our to street, and we are now up and running. I like that he used a camera to view the blockage in our plumbing. He is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and their price for coming out to do this work was very reasonable. We're very pleased, and will use this company again.

Great job. Free estimate, prompt in responding to calls, and did a good job on the repairs. My shower faucet wasn't working correctly (it kept changing where "hot" and "cold" were), so he diagnosed it pretty quickly and came back later in the day to fix it. In and out in about an hour. Thanks.

Our sink's water valves started leaking Thanksgiving week and by the time we noticed there was wood flooring damage happening so we needed help ASAP! EJ stepped up and within 12 hrs of me calling them, they were here (right on schedule) and had the leak fixed within an hour. They were professional, efficient and the price was fair. Johnny and Huy are the best, we made an appointment and they came on the same day. It was raining outside and he still come and fixed our sink, where he had to work on the pipe outside. I had a clogged sewer clean-out that was causing drainage and toilet issues in my house. Needless to say, I needed this to be fixed ASAP. I reached out to Johnny on short notice, and not only did he reply quickly but he was able to come to my house later that day!

Johnny was punctual and arrived at my house at the time he said. He quickly diagnosed and confirmed the clog and went to work to clear it. After he was done, he cleaned up the area and disposed of the waste.

If you're on the fence who to choose, choosing Johnny is the easy choice. He is professional (most important thing... solved the issue quickly), nice, easy to work with, punctual and delivers best results.
We called him for a clogged drain and he didn't just solve the issue temporarily (like some did before... just to get clogged again) but also found the root cause and solved that too so the problem will not repeat itself again.
Will definitely call him if I ever need a plumber again!!!
