If I could give SJ 10 stars I would. They communicated extremely well for when they would be arriving. Once at my home they let me show them my issue, identified it almost immediately and got to work. Within 30-45 minutes they were wrapping up and my septic issue that had been flooding my basement and plaguing me for over a week and a half was fully resolved. They even helped locate and dig up the septic tank cover and baffle cover AND took the time to explain to me exactly how to maintain my septic and how to prevent any future issues. They also didn't charge an arm and a leg like a competitor had done the day prior and offered military discount on top of that! They definitely have my business for life.

I would leave zero stars if I could. SJ Pro Plumbing states: ""low up front pricing"" on their website. What a joke! I sent the owner photos of the job, explained the issue and repeatedly said the diverter NEEDS to be changed. Initially, he quoted $300. When I called back to book the job he said if you are swapping out a Moen for another manufacturer it will take longer. I replied it is a Moen for a Moen. He said if I have to shut water off to the house and change any values it will be $500. He came out today and said I have to change the diverter and the job is now $600. Same job, same issue.. change the diverter! He tried changing the plumber lingo to justify the increase...BEWARE...NOT to be trusted.

Accidentally found this company. What a gift! Friendly phone conversations, great advice and outstanding workmanship. Fixed a toilet more than 20 years old, to work like new at a great price with a well trained technician within the space of an hour! Brought great joy to me to have an appliance working like new.....a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend them for their respect, workmanship and overall team of caring competent people!.

These guys are old world experience with very fair prices.

My dad's shower was leaking and we suspected he needed a new cartridge. Called BFranklin first and they quoted over $800 for the job. Contacted Steve at SJ pro and they came out quickly and quoted $250 and fixed it on the spot. They are very knowledgeable and won't try to upsell you on services you don't need.
