I called John at SJ Plumbing because our water heater went out. He was very responsive, gave a reasonable quote and appointment for my preferred date and time. Today he showed up on time and replaced the water heater very promptly. The installation is clean and looks great! What a pleasant transaction! WOW!!! Fastest response, most reasonable quote I got and just exceptional professionalism! Look no further,SJ plumbing does not disappoint. We live in an older home that could not accommodate our new stove. We needed our gas line pushed back so it could fit in our kitchen. He thought of every possible option to get the job done the best way possible and we couldn't be more grateful! Just like the other reviews, they stuck to their quote. Amazing amazing! We were looking for someone to fix faucet and John responded right away. He gave an estimate and stuck by it. Didn't ask for more when he came and replaced the faucet. John didn't try to buckle and dime us. Straight shooter. Only a few people are like this in the world. Not only did he fixed our faucet, he helped replace a new the plumbing for the faucet too. He didn't even charge for fixing the plumbing. This is so UNREAL! Most importantly he was on time and got the job done right.

Drains at my restaurant started to back up so I called my regular plumber but he couldn't get then unclogged. I randomly searched for another plumber and so glad that I stumbled upopn John from SJ Plumbing. Turns out that the main sewer pipe of my restaurant was broken and needed to be replaced. This required digging 9 feet down outside the parking lot to expose the pipe in order to replace it. John and his team worked tirelessly over the weekend to get my business back to normal operations.
During the entire process he kept me updated and ensured that there was minumal interruption or disturbance to my business.

SJ Plumbing is legit! If you want an honest plumber that is straight up, reasonable and does amazing work... look no further. I had a few plumbing issues typical leaks or garbage disposal problems, but most importantly a sewage ejector problem. Not many know what a sewage or waste ejector is, since it's not common for most households. It's usually homes lower than the streets main sewage line.
I had called a few plumbers and they were NOT too familiar with it. And some even tried to charge me to replace my pumps but SJ plumbing figured out it was my valves and not pumps. That only alone saved me a thousand dollars, and he was even able figure out specifically which valve was bad.
I could write an entire page of the other things SJ has fixed like my drainage problems, main line, water lines inside the house. If you a stand up and honest plumber call SJ, you won't regret it.
