For the record, I only write reviews when I am severely disappointed or extremely satisfied. Thankfully this review is the latter. I needed a gas valve replaced ASAP and SJ PLUMBING was able to send a technician out the same day (Friday afternoon). Tim Torrez showed up right on schedule and was able to quickly perform the work. Not only was the work done professionally, Tim was polite, efficient and even gave me a solid quote for a water heater replacement. I highly recommend SJ PLUMBING.

We initially contacted a different plumber to diagnose our system because the water pressure gauge by our tankless water heater was displaying a PSI higher than safe levels. The plumber attached his water PSI gauge to our hose spigot but received no reading. Apparently, his gauge was broken, and he even admitted it. However, he still recommended we replace our pressure regulator valve at a quote of $930, even without a functioning water PSI gauge! I told him I'd shop around.

I contacted SJ Plumbing and John, the owner, was polite and responded quickly. David came to our home and had a working water PSI gauge which he attached to our hose spigot. The reading was 60 PSI, which is considered normal, so it was actually the water PSI gauge by the water heater that was faulty. The pressure regulator valve was functioning properly, and they recommended no replacement, so we ended up saving hundreds of dollars. We'll be contacting SJ Plumbing in the future because they are honest and professional.

The apoointment was made very fast and we were only charged for the amount notified over the phone. Our plumber Daniel Lawrence was very professional and friendly. Arrived on time, finished very quickly, cleaned up everything like nothing happened. It was a very tough job but he still left with a smile on his face. More than satisfied with the service. Definitely recommended!

Daniel and Ernesto did a great job in repairing our bathroom leak. They had to fix what previous damage was done by a previous company and also explained in detail everything that was repaired which was greatly appreciated!

I first had an encounter with SJ plumbing two years ago. During escrow Tim came over to do a plumbing assessment for me and was able to provide honest feedback on the condition of the plumbing system. Two years later today, the original 15y/o water heater tank finally gave up. I was able to get a hold of John and he sent over Tim and Ernesto. They did an amazing job taking out and installing the new system. They laid out tarp and made sure to clean up after they were done. As much as I like working with them, I do hope I won't need them any time soon. But if Ido, I will definitely give SJ Plumbing a call for all of my plumbing needs.

Daniel came out to clear kitchen sink clog. Daniel is professional and efficient. This is the 3rd time I have used SJ Plumbing. Each time they have been very responsive, efficient and very quick to come out. They text to let you know what time they will be there and text when they are on the way. Very happy with Daniel and SJ Plumbing.

Tim and Ernesto were super helpful and professional. We called them to remove and replace a commercial water heater.
I also wanted to thank the lady who answered the phone. When I called them this morning, she was very responsive and would call me back within 5 min while we arranged someone to come out. We called at 10:30am, they showed up within the hour. They were both communicative and approachable and finished the job efficiently which was great and we weren't stuck without water for too long. Definitely recommend them, and we will continue to keep them in mind if we have another problem.

Ernesto and Tim came out to repair a water leak that was within my slab. They ended up rerouting our water line through the attic. We had several companies come out but we were really impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. They got started right away and were able to complete the job within the day.

While repairing the leak they came across many barriers caused by another big name plumbing company. They quickly fixed those issues. They also were respectful of our property. They did not just take a hammer to our dry wall unlike the other company. Instead they used a leveler and special device to cut through the dry wall. When the job was done, they made sure to clean up any debris.

I highly recommend SJ and will be using them in the future.
