Charles Lewis (owner) installed a sump pump improperly and continued promising to fix the problem. However, Mr. Lewis does not come out to scheduled appointments. He rarely responds to texts or phone calls. When you talk to him, he promises you everything but fails to produce. This has been the worst experience ever ...please be warned.

They promise the world, and they'll charge you for it while only delivering a couple of rocks. They set-up appointments that they don't keep and then they stop returning your phone calls as soon as you pay them for the work. My advice, stay away.
