Great service, friendly guy. Just your good ole ""mom and pop"" local business. Tom came out and replaced our ancient cast iron drain pipe in the kitchen.

We let it go as long as it could, but it had to be done. Of course it was right before we were having a big party at the house that it really got bad and completely stopped up.

Tom was very busy, but squeezed us in and we are very grateful. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.

It is not fun when you have plumbing issues but thank goodness we have Tom from Sitz Plumbing who is very experienced in resolving your plumbing needs. This is the third time he has helped us out from leaks, toilet and now garbage disposal and his company always comes through. They are timely, efficient and at a reasonable price I may add. I've never had a plumber who was as honest, conscientious, reliable and available as Tom Sitz of Sitz Plumbing. He worked on my Porcher toilet (the toilet from hell) until it worked properly and wouldn't accept payments for repeated visits to correct minor problems that kept appearing. In addition, he replaced a gasket on another toilet at no charge.
I can't say enough good things about Sitz Plumbing.

Tom & Rich are great! Had them replace my water heater instead of Rite-A-Way Services (contracted by AHS) & so glad I did! Completed the job with no additional unexpected costs or delays. They took care to make sure my home was left exactly how it was when they arrived despite white carpet. & Tom always backs up his work. This is the third time I have used Sitz plumbing for various plumbing repairs & been happy every single time!

I had a leaky washing machine valve, I tried to fix it myself but I didn't have much success. I wanted it fixed that day so we could do laundry, so I called around a few places and the earliest time anybody could help me was Friday. I continued calling until I found Sitz Plumbing. They got out here 2 hours after I called, took a look at the valve and fixed it in 5 minutes.

This could have cost me a few hundred dollars, but he declined any money from me and was on his way.

I am a property manager and I always call Sitz Plumbing. They have taken care of my properties since 2005, and I can't tell you how trustworthy, reasonable, and friendly Tom and his family are! I've referred them to other real estate agents who were being excessively charged for plumbing issues, and Sitz Plumbing goes in with a cheaper price - often times because they are being honest about what needs to be done!!! 5 stars all the way, 6 stars if it were allowed.

What an awesome guy!

We had a clogged toilet last week that we couldn't get to clear so, at the recommendation of our landlord, we called Sitz Plumbing. Come to find out, the owner, Tom, is the primary plumber and he is so helpful. He came out, cleared the toilet and charged us way less than we had been quoted from other companies.
Things ran fine for a week then we had an issue with the same toilet draining slowly and found water had leaked under the baseboard into the next room - yuck! Called them back and asked if he could come again, and his office (which is is wife, I love a good family business!) said they don't guarantee previous clog removal, but they would come look again. He came out the next day as promised and actually removed the toilet from the floor. Turns out, the wax ring was letting water leak out when we plunged and it was what was seeping into the next room. Tom cleared the line again, replaced the wax ring, made sure there was no leaking and - here's the best part - DIDN'T charge us! I had my checkbook out and everything, ready to pay, and he still refused! Said he had just been here the previous week and that since I was so nice (aw shucks) there would be no charge! He also said to call him back with any problems.
Bottom line: this is one of the most helpful and HONEST people I've ever dealt with. I cannot recommend him enough and will undoubtedly look for any chance I can to help his business!

Thank Jesus there is still an honest, reasonable, dependable and skilled tradesmen out there. Tom did a camera plumbing inspection for my husband and I during our contingency period before buying our first home. Tom was right on time, very reasonable, explained and showed me what he was seeing on the camera, and even check out the hot water heater and sprinkler system. Tom provided me great insight into our new home and reasonable fair quotes for repairs. Doing business with Tom was a pleasant experience and breath of fresh air.
