I highly recommend Sitz Plumbing! Last night our water heater went down after a 12 year life. I realized something was wrong during my morning shower as it went cold, but after some trouble shooting, it began to leak! That's when the amazing customer service team, despite it being past 6:00 PM, worked with us to get Chase out this morning. They replaced our hot water heater in just one hour! They also had the best price from our research. We now have hot water again. Thanks to the incredible customer service oriented team at Sitz Plumbing!

Wow, incredibly impressed by this company. I called with a few issues we have been having with our water heater, air in lines, and smell from a sink. Instead of spending money on the service call and work, they talked me through the issues over the phone and saved me a lot of money by explaining what was causing the problems and how I could fix them. If we have any future issues, I will be using Sitz due to their honesty, generosity, and amazing customer service. I highly recommend them to others.

Fantastic! Had a really odd problem with hot water coming out of both hot and cold lines as well as in the toilet! Initial plumber sent was not sure so said he would return the owner. Owner (Tom I believe) came out with him the following day and figured out in 60 seconds. Replaced a circulating valve and all is as it should be. Great service and troubleshooting. Highly recommend!

I'm in a rental property and the property management sent over Sitz Plumbing to take care of an emergency plumbing issue in my apartment.

The technician Sitz sent - Gilbert - was awesome. Really nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that Gilbert actually cared and took the time to field my questions about what happened and thoroughly explained what he was doing. Definitely recommend.

As of now, I'm going to try and fix my leaking kitchen faucet fixture on my own as I'm on a fixed income. I met Tom outside a local plumbers supply house that are currently only accepting on-line orders (protecting their staff from covid 19).
Tom graciously took the time to listen to my faucet problem and recommended the best replacement part to order on line. I really appreciated the time and expertise he shared!

I'm so pleased to have found Sitz Plumbing. Tom is a Johnny on the spot. I had a leaky pipe in my garage, and he was at my home in 30 mins.
Super nice guy, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my pipe within 20 minutes, and doesn't charge an outrageous price.
I will definitely keep his number handy. Hope I don't need him, but I'm relieved to know I have a awesome plumber I can call. Thanks Tim!!

Great service, friendly guy. Just your good ole ""mom and pop"" local business. Tom came out and replaced our ancient cast iron drain pipe in the kitchen.

We let it go as long as it could, but it had to be done. Of course it was right before we were having a big party at the house that it really got bad and completely stopped up.

Tom was very busy, but squeezed us in and we are very grateful. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.
