Way over priced. Estimate did not include exact descriptions of products to be used. No regard for color of new products, put in a new overflow and drain in chrome in my bathtub that has all gold fixtures. Would prefer itemized bill showing all labor cost and part costs. They only work by the job. Did not replace ceiling cover in garage where they accessed the upstairs tub overflow and drain. Very poor ""English"" used in estimate and final bill. When I asked for an itemized bill they would not provide one.

After looking up the prices of the facets installed and similar overflow/ drain fixtures, the labor for 4 hours of work would come out to over $1500. This of course includes their 5 yr warranty.
Will not use this company again.

I have used Sitko Services on multiple occasions & have had an excellent experience each time! Brooks, our service tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the leaks we were having. He was able to come and look at what was going on the same day and fix the issue. I was not only impressed by the quality of work but his work was done very efficiently. I would highly recommend them. Quality work and all completed in a timely manner!

I have not even received actual plumbing services from this company. Yet, here I am, ready to leave a 5-star review. I never do that. But in this case, I feel compelled.

I recently purchased a home that quickly became an overwhelming renovation. I have an entire list of plumbing-related issues to address. However, I usually like to begin with just one ""job"" so that I can get an idea for a company's performance. I called Sitko Services for an estimate to relocate a kitchen sink and had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa. She is awesome! Not only was she professional and courteous, she showed a genuine concern for my situation. She went way above and beyond during our conversation, offering help and advice in any way she could. This is a family owned/operated company and it shows. Thank you Ms. Lisa!

My appt was scheduled for this morning, between 9am and 11am. Lisa called *before* 9am to give me a heads up that they were on their way and gave an approximate ETA (very helpful for a parent). Brooks and his apprentice arrived on time and ready to go! They were so helpful and thorough, and didn't hesitate to check out anything I asked. Brooks is very knowledgeable and gave me guidance on everything. I ended up just giving them everything on my plumbing to-do list and will be getting estimates for everything.
I will update my review as I continue forward with this company, from receiving estimates to work performed. For now, I am an absolutely satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend Sitko Services!

Tip: They have great discounts for military members as well!

This company is AMAZING! I was referred to them by Kamps Propane in Alpine for water heater issues. I spoke with Lisa. She seemed genuinely concerned about my needs and was on top of it. Not only did she get someone to assist me within 24 hours on a WEEKEND.... I couldn't beat the services received, the pricing AND for someone to come out to Descanso (San Diego Foothills past Alpine). I would highly recommend their services.

While this company may be very good at what they do and deserve 5 star ratings, I have to give it a 1 star. :( Yesterday while driving home from work, I was abruptly cut off by your truck Lic#1007221, CALP 62537X1. He saw me coming and pulled out right in front of me. It was so fast that the truck leaned to the side as he pulled onto the street, and then he slowed way down to 15 or 20 MPH which caused me to break fast. In a residential neighborhood I might add. Also, just an FYI, the left brake light is out on that truck.

Brooks and Sitko truly care about their customers. I was told they would make sure it gets done, and even though another job went longer then expected, he came late at night on a weekend. I also spoke with Lisa (I believe that was her name) on the phone and she was a gem as well. He did an amazing job on ours and our neighbors clogged sink and made sure the job was done to a T! I can't say enough good things about this company.
