We bought a modular home that has ""delayed"" maintenance. Don't trust the home inspection you get during the home buying process, get Sitko to come do a walk thru with you.
They are honest, polite, professional, on time. We have had a couple of plumbing emergencies and they took care of it the same day, which amazed me.

Everyone I have worked with embodies an attitude of helpfulness, from that first call to Lisa, to the techs, Joey and Brooks. They will take care of you like family. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

Our toilet in a second bathroom busted a seal on Saturday, 1/8 so I called Sitko to set up an appointment. This is the third time we have used their services and they never disappoint. Lisa is the one I've spoken to each time when I've had to make an appointment and she is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Brooks and Joey came out on Tuesday, 1/11 and did a great job of resealing the toilet and snaking out two of our lines. Both of the guys were super courteous and knowledgeable...answering all of our questions and providing suggestions for issues that may arise in the future. I will definitely be calling Sitko again for any and all of my plumbing needs.

The bathroom sink in my place became clogged just before the Holidays. I called multiple plumbers and because of the Holidays and also because it rained hard that week, all the plumbers I called either apologized or made an appointment only to cancel later. Then I was referred to Sitko Services and was informed they do a great work and they are reliable that if they give you an appointment, they will make sure they show up and won't cancel on you. Sure enough I called Sitko Services and Lisa, took my call and even though they did not have any available appointments, she advised me to call them back and see if anything opens. I called them back on a Sunday afternoon (expecting only to leave a voicemail message) and to my surprise Lisa picked up the call immediately and was able to find me an available appointment. The plumbers showed up on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem , got the needed parts and proceeded to fix it. They made sure to clean the area where they worked and put everything back in its place. Dealing with this company was a great experience from the moment Lisa picked up the phone and took my call to the moment the plumbers walked out of place having fixed the problem with the clogged sink. Kudos to Brooks Sitko and the staff at Sitko Services for their reliability, professionalism and world class customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This company has been consistently wonderful since I began using them over two years ago. I recently had to call them because another plumber left a job unfinished. Apparently, the job was too much for him to fix (which was a repipe of the sink and dishwasher hook-up. I called Sitko, and Lisa (who always owners the phone) made my appointment. Brooks showed up on time and was able to complete the entire job the same day (which was Friday at 3pm and they stayed until 6 pm to get it done). Do not hesitate to call them.
