Needed a kitchen faucet faucet upgrade.
He can't give an exact time time, but still came within the 2 hour time frame he said he would.
Gave quote, it was a little pricey at $175 but we went ahead with the job.
The faucet we purchased turned out to be defective so he removed it and installed a temporary one he had. He said to call him when we get the another one. After 2 days we got a new one, called him, he came back, installed it and did not charge us.

Needed a repair done for my water line at my rental house. Vance came out and quoted a price in which I agreed, I was told it would be started that Friday and finished on Monday. Two weeks later I phoned Vance to see it was completed and nothing! He attempted to blame others for the job not being completely. Needless to say I was left in the dark about everything. Not happy with his lack of communication.

He is a superior plumber. We only use him for all our water, sewer and gas needs. He's not the cheapest but what you do get is a job well done the first time. Vance doesn't hymn haw around. He gets the job done. He may not be able to get to you right away but he won't leave you in a fix. Really easy to work with

My property manager Called this company to come out to check out a leak in the bathroom. Later on i found out that He charges $200 to change a faucet!!!! I was told it was something VERY SERIOUS & On top of that the Invoice he ""accidentally "" added $100 on it and you have to complain to get it remove "" oh it's a MISTAKE"" please take caution before using this company

Plumber went to property cannot get the job done still bills me full price where as when we called roto-rooter for example they will get the job DONE & your bill will be less. i am not plugging for roto-rooter, my point is this company charges more than the big guys and still wont get the job done & quotes high.
