Bruce and team were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely fair with their prices and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. My wife and I hired them to do a whole house filtration system for an acquasana filtration system. They had it installed in 2 hrs and inside the estimate they provided. They realized the parts in the kit were crappy, and used their own pipe connectors because they were concerned with durability. They even went so far as to fix our leaky sink just because he noticed it dripping!!. No charge :-).

I have 2-3 more projects and I know I dont need to shop them - just gotta make sure they are not too busy!.

Bruce is absolutely amazing! He came by for a quote to install a utility sink next to our washer and dryer and to install a new toilet in our half bath. We promptly scheduled service and he did an amazing, efficient job. We are thrilled with his professionalism and efficiency.

Bruce did an excellent job!

We brought in the gas line from the street back in May, but dragged our feet until October on the installation of the gas equipment. Must have seen 20+ people that came through the house with all types of quotes, anything from replacing oil burner with just a basic 80% gas burner and the water heater from lowes, to wall hung units like navian to high efficiency systems to central AC with one or even two units (one in the basement one in the attic so that we don't loose closet space or open up any walls)

Central AC would have been nice, but way too much $$$. We ended up going with Alpine, through national grid incentive program, still waiting on the rebate check and cc :) and indirect water heater (superstore 40gal). Bruce was very thorough and took his time. He was very neat and put everything away and cleaned up after himself, he even swiped the floor after the tank removal people came through, which made my wife very happy.

His price was not the cheapest of the most expensive, he made a very good impression when he gaves up his quote, so we decided to give him a shot and are very happy with our decision, now we just need to insulate the house through mass save or on our own and finish a million other projects...
