the guy who answered the phone was so rude.fist of all.it sounded like he is shewing something,or eating during the conversation.very careless about resolving the problem,even thought I paid around $2000 for a service they did.they didn't even care to listen on what's going with the unit after the installation.at the end of the conversation.I said thank you,the receptionist didn't even respond,and hanged up the phone.never again with this company.

They were available same week. The original techician was very know and handled my issue right away. I had him inspect for a duct cleaning and he recommend it. he quoted a fair price on the spot ( compared to 3 other companies I spoke with)

The technicians who did the service were professional efficient and clean (despite the messy job). I would highly recommend them.

I have been a member of SiriUS for 2 years. I did give them 5 star review. Last week, my heater was running but hot air did not blow out. A technician from SiriUS came to my place. After spending 15 minutes looking around the furnace and said that my furnace had nothing wrong but not enough air to warm up the house. He asked me to replace a bigger one. He will sale me a new one for $4,550 after discount if I want to. Then he charged me $189 for inspection fee plus $69 for service fee. My heater was still not working when he left. The next day, I called another Company. The new technician found out the issue was on the switch then fixed it. Now the furnace is working fine and warming up the whole house, no need for a bigger furnace. I don't trust SiriUS any more.

My husband and called this company to come and give a quote on repairing a slab leak. When we made the appointment we were not told that there was a fee to come out to the house and give a quote. When the guy arrived I asked him to give me a quote. He told me he would have to do work to get a estimate for me. I told him that I as not willing to do a slab detection because I knew where the leaks was located that I just wanted a quote. He then came back and told me that there was a $69 dollar charge to come out and give a quote to do the work. We then called the office to tell them that the guy was refusing to leave my property and they did not advise us of this fee when we made the appointment. I also told them that we were not paying the fee because he did not do any work to my house as well as he refused to give us a quote. I would not recommend this company at all they are a HUGE scam

My home warranty company assigned us to Sirius Plumbing. Communication with Sirius was seamless and thorough. I was able to get a service call in a timely manner. The technician, Emmanuel, was professional, very helpful and informative. He even advised me on a seperate plumbing question. I recommend them for plumbing work.

The warranty company sent Michael from Sirius! He was super quick, helpful, reliable, and did the right thing the right way. Also told me that wall that was cut due to the valve replacement (washer valve) needs to be done by the warranty company.

Buyer Beware!! Sirius was sent to my house by my warranty company, which contractually covers all parts and labor for a water heater. Sirius did not want to repair, but only to replace the water heater for $1700 out of my pocket. After hours fighting with AHS (and a 2nd week without hot water), I find out Sirius was in cahoots with AHS, only charging them $225 behind the scenes for my "new" water heater and making up the difference by creating bogus line items and charging me for the job - $1700. These guys are knowingly working with home warranty companies to scam people. I hope they get what they deserve.

Like many other people who have written reviews, I called American Home Shield for a service call on my main floor A/C unit. Sirius was assigned the job. Technician came out and ended up quoting a lot of unnecessary parts and labor to the tune of $4000 just for the lower floor unit and another $2000 for the upper floor unit...which is not why I called...saying this all needed to be done to provide the warranty. They noted some work was to bring up to code but I didn't believe that either. I turned elsewhere and got an entirely new furnace and A/C for slightly more and the guy who did the work said Sirius quote complete BS! Don't use these guys!

As other people indicated, I also got ripped off by this shady HVAC company. They were sent by American Home Shield to do a small repair, which they turned into a $1600 repair bill to me. The repair I needed only required replacing a Capacitor in my AC unit, however, this company damaged the compressor in my 2 year old AC unit.

Communication with this company was extremely poor as well, instead of explaining me the issue and repair, they just sent me the invoice. When I tried to contact them, I just got a text message that we have sent you the invoice. They expected me to sign a invoice of $1600 without even explaining me the problem.

Stay away from these scammers and AHS as well. I won't be renewing my warranty with American Home Shield anymore.

As many others have posted here, Sirius Plumbing ends up colluding with AHS in artificially inflating prices for services rendered. I called AHS due to an issue with my water heater, which was covered under warranty. AHS sent out Sirius to complete the job.

Now, despite having warranty that is expected to cover the water heater along with its installation, Sirius ended up charging me $900 in addition to the $125 service charge supposedly for "modifications to be compliant with code". When I asked the contractor why these charges are so exorbitant, he nonchalantly told me that AHS only pays about $500 for the water heater and these are additional charges on top of the insurance payment. Now, if I am paying over $1000 for a water heater replacement, what is the use of having home warranty? I can find a contractor of my choice to do this at the same price.

In short, if you want to get ripped off for any plumbing work, then call Sirius or AHS. Use another warranty company and another contractor.

Everyone trying to find a good plumbing service provider and looking up this provider, you need to be warned. Trust those poor reviews. If you have AHS warranty and they end up sending these guys over, ask AHS to send another contractor.
