Our central heat went out over Christmas. We have American Home Shield so by chance, they sent out Sirius to service it. Turns out we needed a new unit in the attic. The unit was the original with the house (so over 10 years). We didn't have the money to pay for a new unit since AHS didn't cover all of it. However, Matt worked with us so we could get it done immediately. This was the coldest week we had so far this year so I was more than grateful! He said he didn't want us going that long without head and I can't thank him enough. The guys came and installed it and it didn't work exactly right after a few hours. Turns out it was a manufacturer defect on one part of the unit. They got the part and installed it promptly. It now runs & heats perfectly! Matt, John & the crew really took care of us. Everyone was courteous, quick and friendly.

I'm not one to write reviews, but this company is AWESOME!
I tried Sirius the first time about 3 months ago with a plumbing issue that two other plumbers couldn't fix, and Sirius fixed it properly the first time.
Last night, our AC unit went out. I called Sirius Plumbing & A/C around 10am this morning. A tech was at my home around 1pm the same day, and gave me the news that our condenser was shot and needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote for a new system as well a quote to only replace the condenser. I chose to get a new system, and they were back at my home within an hour with a new system and only took about 1.5 hours to install it. Incredibly professional and honest folks. Highly recommend Sirius for all plumbing & HV/AC needs!

Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning has done several jobs around our home over the past few years. They are always on time and considerate of my home time and family. From the call center to the service guys they are a pleasure to work with and they are the only company I recommend to family and friends.

The issue is, SIRIUS PLUMBING & AIR CONDITIONING INC installed the water heater without giving me time to get the hole in the wall fixed, the hole they made to fix a water leak inside the wall. Now, to fix the hole in the wall, the water heater must be removed. To remove the water heater and put it back along with city inspection, it is costing me $1532. IF SIRIUS PLUMBING & AIR CONDITIONING INC did not put the water heater back before the hole in the wall is fixed, the $1532 expense would not have been there.
If SIRIUS PLUMBING & AIR CONDITIONING INC had told me and not install the water heater without me fixing the hole they made by SIRIUS PLUMBING & AIR CONDITIONING INC, I don't have to spend $1532 to remove the water heater and re-install. Because of the SIRIUS PLUMBING & AIR CONDITIONING INC mis-steps and not communicating to me the right action, it is costing me $1532 to remove the water heater, repair the hole in the wall, re-install the water heater and city inspected.

I'm currently working from home, so when my showers started backing up with sewage water this morning I didn't want to wait any longer than was absolutely necessary to have the issue fixed.
I called Sirius just before noon and by 2:00, Kenneth had visited my house, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and cleaned up. I was very thankful for such a quick response and felt that everyone I spoke with was very professional and cared to make my experience a positive one.
I will definitely call Sirius next time I have another plumbing problem.

Update from review dated 7/25/2023 - While the a/c & plumbing problem we experienced earlier did not sit well with us, the Fall/Winter Check-up we had signed up for with the "Maintenance Savings Plan" went very well.

If you're in Frisco, ask for Billy! Such a big help. He explained everything, each step of the way. I learned a lot. Plus he loves dogs and didn't mind my bulldog following him around!

As others have mentioned we had Sirius come out to service something under our American Home Shield warranty. That first encounter was fine and professional and they mentioned they also provide A/C maintenance contracts to service your system in the fall/spring.
A couple weeks later I went on their website and submitted a request to set up a contract. I never heard anything back so I called in a couple weeks later and spoke with someone over the phone to set it up. They supposedly set us up for service and charged my credit card for the next service year.
I asked when they would be scheduling my fall maintenance and he said in the next couple of weeks (end of September). The year is now almost over and I have heard NOTHING from the company. Not a phone call, email, visit...nothing. I went back and checked and they definitely charged my credit card the day I called in. And yet, I've received no service of any kind.
I've requested a full and immediate refund and will be looking for a different, more responsive, reliable and professional company in the area.
