I have had Jason do several different things in my house. He has remodeled my kitchen and done several repairs over the years. He has always been upfront about the costs and is very reasonable. I have recommended him to my parents, friends and neighbors and he is now there plumber. I have never had a complaint with his service.

I called Sir Jack Russell Plumbing last week to see about getting an estimate to have my water heater replaced. When I called the number and told them what I was looking for, the person who answered snapped at me and told me ""I'M ON VACATION! CALL ME BACK ON THE 21st."" Well first of all, if your personal phone is connected to your business phone, you should put on your voicemail that you are currently on vacation and when you will return. OR, better yet, not have your personal phone number as your business phone number. Because of that nonsense, I hired someone else to do the job and Sir Jack Russell Plumbing will NEVER get any of my business, period. I have a few other jobs that I need done as well but I will not be giving any of my business to them. I also let the person who highly recommended them know that this happened and chances are, that person will never use them again either. Really a shame. That is not the way to treat a potential customer.

We called Jason out for a second opinion regarding roots in our sewer pipes. We had previously called Spartan Plumbing who came out did a camera scope and handed me an estimate of $22,000.00 dollars. Didn't offer to try a different solution or nothing. Not Jason with Sir Jack Plumbing he ran his camera thru the lines and spent effortlessly time working on the roots. He was able to get a larger passage thru the pipes and told us how to treat the roots. He is passionate about what he does, saving money for the customer and an honest businessman. His prices are great and potentially save me thousands of dollars.

Jason is very professional, personable, and gets the job done right. I have had him come to my place for years fixing everything from water heaters, leaking pipes, and clogged drains. I would claim he's the best plumber I've had. He's reasonably priced.
