So unprofessional it's not even funny. Do not consider calling this guy to even change a light bulb. And he will say that ""this is a fake review"" it's definitely not. Watch out for this man names ""Zain""

I contacted Zain early on a Monday morning relative to two outdoor plumbing issues. He was quick to respond and was at my house 2 hours later. He was professional and competent in completing the work and provided a receipt for payment. When I contacted him the following day, with a problem, he was very responsive and helpful. I would use again and recommend to others.

Prior to using this company I would Look at how he responds to negative reviews.
What are his credentials? Is he qualified to do the jobs he's doing? Does he have insurance? Do you get a receipt of services? Does he only take cash or Venmo? If he messes up something in your home and you have no proof of service, you will have a hard time fighting that.

I would not recommend Zane Isenberg/Sir Fix a lot. He is unprofessional and irrational. I used him once for a small electrical job and it was fine, luckily he doesn't charge by the hour because he took his time and kept leaving to get ""parts"" when actually he was making trips to pick up alcohol that I found in my garbage after he left. I did not know Modelo Pina was a thing until I saw multiple cans in my garbage. He seemed like a nice enough guy and I was still happy to support a local business despite this.

Fast forward to a plumbing issue I called about.
I made an appointment for the following day but completely disregarded our conversation and 10 minutes later he is speeding down my street honking the horn and shows up..I kid you not IN BOXERS. Ripped boxers no less. He was erratic and argumentative as if he was on something. He was quick to cut a pipe that I was trying to tell him was there for a reason and was arguing with me about it. I'm like ok you're the professional right? And guess what, he cut the pipe (then asked to keep the parts) and it flooded my basement. I payed Venmo business to business so fees are involved (that's the cost of doing business) and he refunded me (minus the Venmo fees because he thinks customers should eat the cost of his errors) only because he actually thought I was dumb enough to invite him back to do a bigger job. He called so many times after I told him that I was going elsewhere that I had to block his number. I would never invite this person in my home again.

I have used Zain previously, and though he was a little pricey, he was reliable, and good. That changed on January 22nd of this year. My Navian furnace stopped working on January 21st (the coldest day of the year). A tech from JSP said that it was a frozen pipe near a window that was open a little in the basement. He advised heating it, which I tried to do with a hair dryer. After 20 minutes, it still didn't work, so I called Zain. He came out, and spoke to the Navian hotline to troubleshoot the problem. They advised replacing a valve in the furnace, but it would have to be ordered. Zain was going out of town the next day for a week, and I would have had to wait until he returned. He replaced a valve outside of the system, and charged me $650. With the forecast for more fridgid weather, I couldn't wait, and called Upstate Energy. They had the part, and came out on January 24th to replace it. He replaced the part ($750), and the furnace STILL didn't work. The tech told me that it had to be a frozen pipe. I borrowed a friends salamander the next day, and blasted the suspected frozen pipe, and 20 minutes later, the furnace worked! I spent $1400 for NOTHING! I'm on Social Sercurity, and fixed income, and can't afford this! I'll find another handyman!

zain is courteous, prompt and an excellent communicator. his politeness was especially appreciated after speaking to a couple of area electricians who were unbelievably rude on the phone. i recommend zain for all your electrical work needs.

Zain was easy and responsive in the initial communications. He was able to come out quickly for some light electrical work. Fast, capable, everything came out great. Will use him again!

I highly recommend Sir Fix ALot home services for any home repairs or new installations of plumbing or anything else you need fixed. I met Zain (SFA), when he came to my house that I had recently purchased to install a UV light. He told my boyfriend the evening before he would be at our house at 8:45 the next morning. Sure enough he arrived promptly at 8:45, completed the job and gave us a bill that was more than reasonable. I will always call Sir Fix ALot for any of my repairs. Do yourself a favor and give him a call too! you will not be disappointed .

service time was quick once contacted. the repair on bathtub faucet was neat and completed to my satisfaction. the repair needed a closet wall to be opened up to reach the defective faucet. sir fix alot doesn't do carpentry work so i had to put the wall back togethermyself.

one bit of advice get other estimates before granting sir fix alot the job. you will be saving a lot of money.

I can't tell you how satisfied I was with the service and Zain 's professionalism. I requested a quote this morning and he responded within minutes. He asked a couple questions about the project and gave me a reasonable quote. He expected that he could stop by and perform the service later in the evening, but an opening came up and called me mid afternoon to take care of my issue. He was honest, professional, and competent- qualities that are lacking in a lot of people nowadays. I recommend him highly, and will use him again.
