Awesome job and a life saver!!! Came back from a 2 week trip to Puerto Rico on December 24th and didn't know my boiler had an electrical malfunction so my house was without heat for a bit before we returned. We came home to a freezing house. Thankfully none of the water lines froze, but I didn't realize till after the house warming up with space heaters, I had broken lines in my heating. So I called Sinnott's Plumbing. And the owner Paul answered. I explained my situation that I have 6 kids, one of them a one year old, and he said he'll be right down. He didn't send one of his guys, he came to my house personally t ok help me. Mind you, this is Christmas Day December 25th!!! He assessed the situation explained to me what needs to be done and showed me where all the burst in the lines were. There were 5 holes in my heating line. I said ok, I just need heat for my family. He got right to work. In a few hours he was done, started my system right up and we had heat. Sinnott's is highly recommended for any plumbing or heating job. From now on they're my go to if I need any plumbing or heating work. Thanks Paul!! Truly a life saver!!!

Took advantage of my Mom - installed a shower head that doesn't work and after repeated calls - still charged $800 and did not fix the original problem. Does not stand behind work. Also, cut hole in wall and left a mess - put sheetrock from wall behind washing machine! Took the $$ and deserted her with NO hot water for her shower! Absolutely horrible!! Already filed a complaint with BBB! DO NOT USE!!

You just called her! Any upset her more! It NEVER worked. My Mom can't return the part... since you already installed it. IF you had said it was not a good part or it didn't work when installed - you should have fixed it then! DO NOT CALL her! You are upsetting her even more!!! This is unbelievable. Just refund the money you owe her for such a terrible incomplete job.

The bottom line is you need to do the right thing! Refund her money! You installed some thing that didn't work so you should have either refused the job or installed something that did work. Instead, you took the money and installed something that didn't work. Do the right thing! Refund her money because now she has to pay for a different plumber to come out and still fix the problem!

Professional and knowledgeable with years of experience. I don't understand the complaints regarding pricing. Good work costs money and their fees are reasonable and commensurate with the quality of work. If you're looking for a team of professionals you can trust, look no further.

I've been a long time customer of Sinnott's. I'm a landlord with several rentals in the Saugerties area. Last year I had a sewer line plugged. It needed to be dug up from the building to the center of the road. I called Sinnotts at 8am in a panic. Fortunately they were doing a job close by and they were there by 10:30. They scheduled the electric and gas company to mark the electric and gas lines and arranged for an excavator. They started at noon and finished the job expertly. This past Wednesday (thanksgiving eve) I had a hot water heater fail and flood the apartment below the water heater. It was a busy day for everyone and sinnotts pulled out all the stops to get someone there with a new hot water in 2 hours. They finished in 3 hours. They had to pull people off an installation to accommodate my emergency. These are only 2 examples of many many very positive experiences I've had with Paul, Frank and the entire Sinnotts team. Trust me I've had a lot of experience with plumbers and contractors through the years and Sinnotts are the best. They are reliable, professional and experienced.

Do not use this company! They are overpriced and unreliable. I had an appointment (that I waited 4 weeks to get) for them to do some simple plumbing work. I waited several hours for them to show and finally called the office. The secretary said ""no they're not coming today, they were taken out of the schedule by the owner"". No one thought that maybe they should call me and let me know?
After they left I realized they had switched the hot and cold water to the entire house! They did come back that night and fix it, but...come on...licensed plumbers??
Paul thinks he owns and operates the most important business on the planet. What a ridiculous egotist.
There are far better plumbers in the area.

This review covers the entire process of getting a Mini Split A/C & Heating Unit(s) installed at my home. When I called for an estimate, Paul ( the owner) did return my call promptly and we set an appointment for him to come out and asses the situation ....which involved determining how many units I would need to cover my square footage and the cost to me. He showed up right on time and was courteous and professional with us during our time together. His estimate was just slightly higher than some other estimates , but with the generous rebate Central Hudson was offering it brought it into a range we could afford...so we said yes.
Installation day came and the young men that showed up (on Time) were just as courteous and professional as their Boss was. They got right to work and worked right through the day till the installation was complete. We hardly even noticed that they were in the house as they came and went while installing our equipment. As the install wrapped up, they left nothing behind that wasn't there before they arrived. Cleaned up to perfection. Just before leaving, they gave me a crash course on how to operate my new Mini Split system and did not leave till I had a firm understanding of how it all works.
I can only speak to how well they performed what I wrote about in this review. Hopefully, I will not need to call them for a service problem on this Mini Split System.......If I do, I will update this review to provide you with how that interaction went. I suspect more Professionalism and courtesy. Based on this, I feel like I have a ""Go To"" Plumbing company to call should I have any plumbing needs. Thanks Paul

I can't believe this shiest er of a company is still open. Horrible work and prices out the roof. They couldn't properly fix our toilet trap which is still not working after three attempts from Sinnott. Shame on me for calling them a third time...

Not dependable and no communication. Was told would be here Thursday afternoon no show no call. I called Friday morning was told they'd be here Friday afternoon. No show no call. I live a half mile from their office. So much for supporting local businesses. Missed 2 days of work.

Paul arrived promptly, diagnosed my problems and went to work. There were finished and gone within 2.5 hours. The men on site were professional, appropriate and wasted no time. They left a clean worksite when completed. I would recommend them.
