We have used Sinks To Sewers twice and both times have been wonderful. We were really impressed with Brian and his ability to problem solve during a toilet installation. He found a defect in a new toilet we ordered ourselves from Lowe's and was able to find a replacement right away, when Lowe's said it would take two weeks. We are so thankful to have found plumbers that are sincere, honest and do a great job!

The Sinks To Sewers owner, Ed, was right on time for my service appointment, and he was very well prepared with all the materials necessary to do a very difficult plumbing repair/replacement for a broken shower valve. He was very professional and friendly.
Ed kindly explained to me every thing he would be doing to further ensure my confidence. I appreciated that his bill was fair and detailed all that was done, including the parts that were installed for my future reference. Ed used a tarp to protect my carpet and he cleaned up when he was done to have my shower looking like new. I know a great deal about plumbing and I found Ed to be the best there is, especially with a difficult and demaning plumbing problem. I highly recomend him.

Ed from Sinks to Sewers did an excellent job repairing and replacing 3 of my faucets in my condo. Unfortunately, he also did an excellent job of chatting for an hour in the middle of his work. This meant I was charged an extra hour for the service.

This didn't bother me so much at first because when he was done, I needed the him to stay and talk to my home warranty people. They needed to confirm the cost and the repair work in order for them to cover everything. Ed ended up confusing them on the cost of everything, and it took a little longer than expected. He ended up getting very angry, yelling at me, and slamming his things on my counter. I gave him his check and politely asked him to leave me house.

By the time this all went down, he stayed an extra 30 minutes. Given that I he wouldn't stop talking and get back to work for about an hour, I thought this was fair.

I would not recommend Sinks to Sewars, or at least would not recommend starting a conversation with Ed. He will waste time, and charge you for it. He may also become agitated, loud, and violent.

I will never call them again for any service.

In Ann Arbor last month visiting my mother and discovered that both of her toilets were leaking. Looked at Yelp and found Sinks to Sewers. Called on the weekend and received a prompt call-back Monday morning from Pat. She scheduled an appointment the same day. Brian arrived on-time, quickly fixed both leakers and also checked mom's sink to confirm it wasn't leaking. Great, friendly service and a reasonable price. They are now on mom's fridge as the plumbers to call whenever needed! Thank you S-2-S!

We've had Sinks To Sewers come out to our home a handful of times to do various plumbing jobs and each time we've had them fix or replace things, they've been nothing but courteous and prompt. Each time they've been here the work was done in a timely manner with excellent results. They are our go to plumbers!

I called Sinks to Sewers for a upstairs bathroom water leaking into the half bath below. They were very nice on the phone and gave me a time that day. They made it to my house before I did ! Ed was very nice and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. Price was very reasonable ! I will use Sinks to Sewers for future needs ! These guys are great.

Called and left messages twice explaining what I needed done. Once before Christmas and once after. NEVER got the courtesy of a call back. Found out yesterday through a friend that ""oh they don't like doing that kind of plumbing"". Absolutely no excuse for not at least calling me back. People talk about using local business etc. This type of thing is why many local businesses SHOULD go under. SHAME ON YOU Sinks to Sewers !

Have used them for every thing from a leak before the water meter, to new toilets in all three baths to a full kitchen remodel (Sink, Dish washer, Ice Maker, Water filtration system). They are always on time and make sure to leave the place clean and neat when they leave.

We called Sinks to Sewers with a non-emergency, and after leaving a message, Pat contacted us within a couple of hours and they came out later that day. We had a clogged toilet and needed a new kitchen faucet installed.

Gabe was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained why we were having problems with our toilet and all available options for correcting the problem (who knew toilets could be so complicated?). He explained what he was doing as he both fixed the toilet and installed the kitchen faucet and cleaned up completely after the job was done.

Overall cost was very reasonable, and I would definitely call them out for any future plumbing needs and will recommend them to everyone I know.

You can trust these guys! I used them after another plumber (ABC Plumbing, also known as ACE plumbing) flat out lied to me about what type of sewer pipe I had and tried to defraud me of thousands. I now use Sinks to Sewers for regular maintenance of my sewer line (cleaning out tree roots once a year).
