The bathtub drain parts disintegrated. It went below ground and connected to the main with little access room. First estimate $750, second 825. Larry, the owner, came to look. He said he charges $100/hr. He used the parts I already bought. He didn't mind because he doesn't mark up parts. Saved him a trip to the store. He said it looked to be about 2 to 3 hours work. I helped where I could (held stuff inside the tub while he worked on the other side of the wall. Ended up paying $235. I will call Larry from now on for all plumbing work. It's good to deal with an honest man.

Our landlord sent someone from this company yesterday to work on our kitchen sink and the one in the unit beside us. He spent two hours doing nothing but snaking both sinks and he made a large hole in our bathroom wall. Then he said it's probably fixable but he had other jobs to get to and he left. We still have a horrific sewer smell and constant disgusting water leaking all over our kitchen floor non-stop. He also told our landlord that the ""smell wasn't bad at all and there's no reason why the tenant can't stay in their apartment."" The smell is like a sewer plant and it causes constant headaches and nausea. And on top of everything else the guy didn't have a nice or even friendly personality.

Great service and quality work. I had a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal replaced all at once... on a Sunday no less! The new set up looks amazing and is leak free. Would highly recommend!

We had Larry over to fix a clogged drain and he was great! He came over the same day we called, and had it fixed super fast. He really knows what he's doing! He also gave us some helpful tips on avoiding clogged drains in the future, which was nice of him considering that means less business for him. Very reasonable rate too! He's our go-to plumber from now on.

He resolved my problem quickly at a much lower cost that the other estimates I had received. I have recommended him to many friends and family and they have had the same experience I have had. I will always contact this company for any future plumbing or drain cleaning issues.

If I could subtract a star for this plumbing company I would. When a company is bidding for major plumbing work, I'd think they send a plumber out that I personally would not have to show where the main shutoff valves are (especially when he was standing right in front of them). Also he wasted a ton of time strictly telling us about his credentials but yet couldn't explain basic plumbing that we had to point out to him in his own plumbing regulations guide. It was scary. I'm quite sure I'll never call them again.

Larry came out on a Saturday morning when my water heater stopped working. He was here about an hour after I called, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained every step as he went, went out for the part, and had it done in no time.
Total cost $163.00, even with a weekend service call.
He has also snaked out our drains at a price FAR more reasonable than what the national company quoted.
