These guys are great! I have been using them for over 2 years now and have never had the experience Christina did, thankfully!
Whenever I have called or emailed Brett or Jacob and they have always been very responsive.
Eloy was the technician that cleaned my pool for a while and he was always on time, very professional, and incredibly helpful with any updates or maintenance that was needed.
I clearly have nothing negative to say and have recommended these guys to family.

I had an appointment for a filter cleaning & was told the technician would arrive between 9am and 11am. I took the morning off of work for the appointment. I sat around all morning and waited and no one ever came. Finally at 1:30 I get a call asking if we could move the appointment to the next day because they didn't want me to wait around all day... A little late for that! I don't have limitless time to take off of work to wait around. Needless to say I canceled and will be looking for another company.
