John P.I called Gary Singleterry when we had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. He said he was working at a rental and was only about a half mile away. Two and one half hours later he had not arrived. I called back and he said he was painting and would come when he was done and could not tell me when that would be. When I told him I had been waiting for two and a half hours he LAUGHED at me and said ""I didn't know you were going to wait"". What did this idiot think I was going to do. This man has no respect for his customers or for their time.
