One door closes and another one opens. Luckily my ""forever plumber"" gave me an EXORBITANT quote to replace my house water pressure regulator. The need for additional estimates lead me to Singletary Plumbing. They appeared to be a local favorite and they do not charge a fee for an estimate, so I had them come out. Their price was very competitive and their plumber, Cesar is professional and easy to work with. My water pressure regulator was quickly replaced without issue. Highly recommend.

Had a noisy toilet and a dripping faucet. The toilet was fixed & in checking found another minor adjustment would fix a future problem. No added cost!
Next, the faucet. It was a delta kitchen faucet. The tech let me know the piece needed was expensive but Delta would send me one at no cost! It took less than a week to arrive & they didn't charge for the 2nd trip!
They are my 'Go To' plumbers from now on!!

Had sewer pipe relined and had no problems since. For years I would get backups and had root rotoring from various companies, but Singletary used a camera and got to the real solution and did it all in one day whereas neighbors who had other companies had their work drag on and on. Teresa, the owner's wife who often answers the phone and billing questions could answer all my questions and was always courteous which added to the overall professionalism of the company.

I gotta write another review for these people. I was in a jam last night and waited two hours after my appointment time for a another company to come out and try to over sell me $1,200 worth of work to get my A/C back on. I guess they figured I was too fragile to spend a night in the heat to decline the rip-off. Singletary called me back and I set it up for them to come out today. Randy showed up right at the beginning of the window I was given. He was professional, polite and extremely personable and easy to talk with. He diagnosed the issue quickly, made the repairs and checked to be sure something else didn't need to be repaired while he was here. The $1,200 repair turned into the $225 repair and I was back in business in less than an hour. Next time I'll just be patient and wait for after hours call back. Everyone I've ever dealt with at this company has been above board honest and a pleasure to deal with.

Outstanding service from Singletary Plumbing on several occasions. Most recent was a clogged drain line on a Sunday morning. Called them and Victor was at my house within an hour. He quickly identified the problem and cleared the drain. Best part did not charge extra for it being Sunday, very reasonable charge for the service. They are my first call for all plumbing issues. Thank you Singletary Plumbing!!

Singletary Plumbing is an absolutely fantastic company and I highly recommend their services. My home in SCW needed two separate plumbing services twice within a one week time period. I called Singletary to come out to fix a clogged shower drain and toilet tank chain that wasn't connected or working. Joey came out right on time for the scheduled appt and quickly fixed my clogged drain. He then fixed the toilet chain and recommended a new washer that had worn out. He then checked all my toilets to make sure the washers were in good condition. He walked through everything he was doing. He even checked my kitchen sink faucet washer! He confirmed all other toilets and sinks were in very good condition. Totally giving me peace of mind that the inside of the house was all working in great condition. Joey was amazing.

Then a few days later when I returned from running errands all day, I saw that my hot water heater was leaking. I called Singletary in the late afternoon and they said they would send out someone ASAP that was working at another job site in my area. Victor showed up at 3:30 and confirmed that the water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote and I requested for it to be replaced that day. Victor was brilliant in that he called the offices and the offices sent another plumber to go pick up the new water heater while Victor took out my old one. He was so brilliant and showed how this water heater was between 20-25 years old. I was very lucky I was around to see the start of the leak, it could've caused damage if I wasn't home. Victor then completed the job with the newly delivered water heater. He cleaned up thoroughly after the services.

Singletary was recommended by a friend when I had a hot water heater problem. They came out the next day early but overnight the hot water heater just starting working. He went ahead and looked at it - acknowledged that it was at that age - 15 years that it could die at any time but recommended that since it was working we might as well keep it. I was impressed that he was not trying a hard sell. Was professional and personable and knowledgable. Also answered some questions about my showers... and did not charge. I will definitely call back.

My 92 year old mother had a leak that the insurance companies leak detector missed, he was totally wrong!

After a week with no water for my mom I was desperate and called David Singletary at the suggestion of a restoration company. David got a leak detector out here within an hour that knew what he was doing and found a leak under the dishwasher.

I am so grateful! David has my business for life.

My Air Conditioning went out late on a hot Friday night. I called on Saturday to see if I could get someone out from Singletary to fix it. They were completely booked but gave me a Monday morning date and promised that if the technician could spare time between calls, then he would come out that Saturday. The technician was there one hour later and diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and provided a warranty fix with parts carried on the truck. They charged us nothing for the fix or the call and we are again enjoying the cool thanks to Singletary. We use them for Heating & Cooling and plumbing. If they ever offer anything else I need, we probably would use them for that. They are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
