Used Dave Singletary both plumbing and irrigation services for 20 years in Surprise, Arizona. Telephone staff is very pleasant and always inquires if this is an emergency call that needs prompt attention. Concerned about toilet running and possible problem with roots in sewer line from Lantana outside bathroom window (had this issue in previous house also fixed by Singletary). They sent Joey who as always was on time, well stocked truck equipped to handle needed parts. He completed the job, cleaned up the area, asked for a reasonable price and mission accomplished. Joey has come to my house on several calls over the years and its nice to know they have a regular staff. Joey has always been easy to work with, competent, and organized.

Simply outstanding service with Singletary Plumbing. Hot water heater down...called the service early ""am""...Victor was in local area and here in 10 minutes....Diagnosed .....Started heater/recirc install just a bit later that morning....expeditious install and cleanup superb.... Not our first experience with Singletary services... certainly won't be our last if we have any new plumbing issue. Fair price; incredibly responsive and stand behind their work. One door closes and another one opens. Luckily my ""forever plumber"" gave me an EXORBITANT quote to replace my house water pressure regulator. The need for additional estimates lead me to Singletary Plumbing. They appeared to be a local favorite and they do not charge a fee for an estimate, so I had them come out. Their price was very competitive and their plumber, Cesar is professional and easy to work with. My water pressure regulator was quickly replaced without issue. Highly recommend.

Had a noisy toilet and a dripping faucet. The toilet was fixed & in checking found another minor adjustment would fix a future problem. No added cost!
Next, the faucet. It was a delta kitchen faucet. The tech let me know the piece needed was expensive but Delta would send me one at no cost! It took less than a week to arrive & they didn't charge for the 2nd trip!
They are my 'Go To' plumbers from now on!!

Had sewer pipe relined and had no problems since. For years I would get backups and had root rotoring from various companies, but Singletary used a camera and got to the real solution and did it all in one day whereas neighbors who had other companies had their work drag on and on. Teresa, the owner's wife who often answers the phone and billing questions could answer all my questions and was always courteous which added to the overall professionalism of the company.

I gotta write another review for these people. I was in a jam last night and waited two hours after my appointment time for a another company to come out and try to over sell me $1,200 worth of work to get my A/C back on. I guess they figured I was too fragile to spend a night in the heat to decline the rip-off. Singletary called me back and I set it up for them to come out today. Randy showed up right at the beginning of the window I was given. He was professional, polite and extremely personable and easy to talk with. He diagnosed the issue quickly, made the repairs and checked to be sure something else didn't need to be repaired while he was here. The $1,200 repair turned into the $225 repair and I was back in business in less than an hour. Next time I'll just be patient and wait for after hours call back. Everyone I've ever dealt with at this company has been above board honest and a pleasure to deal with.

Outstanding service from Singletary Plumbing on several occasions. Most recent was a clogged drain line on a Sunday morning. Called them and Victor was at my house within an hour. He quickly identified the problem and cleared the drain. Best part did not charge extra for it being Sunday, very reasonable charge for the service. They are my first call for all plumbing issues.
